The staff has been excellent with our dog, and we see how great they are with the other dogs as well! Arianna is so committed and communicates very effectively with all "pet parents." I feel my dog is treated by the staff like their own and my husband and I always feel very comfortable with having her there. It has been such a godsend having a reliable place she can go, especially in the winter, when she needs some stimulation! We also appreciate that they have cameras which gives us the option to check on her during the day--we have the utmost trust in them and are grateful for how much they do for our family!
Pringle loves his days at Dogtopia! The staff is so caring about every dog and it shows in their work, it makes us very happy to send our dog to a place where we know Pringle is taken care of! :)

Obi loves his doggie daycare. He comes home exhausted and happy. The handlers are great with him and if something happens a scratch or something I get a phone call.
So relived they care for my dog as if it was their own furbaby.

I loved my location in Vegas and donāt get me wrong, the staff at Plano are great, but it just misses the mark on some very key things. Walking in and smelling the ādogā or urine smell whatever it may be is off putting enough. I specifically separated and labels my dogs food/probiotics and two doses of his probiotics were missed. This is so important for him because he does have a bad stress colitis. They absolutely made this right by me and immediately told me what happened when I picked him up and thatās why I love staff! I can trust them to be honest and straight forward. However, I canāt trust the cameras to work to actually see my pet when Iām on vacation because it never stops freezing. I reported this plenty of times and it was told to tech for the cameras to work well for a few weeks just to be right back in the position of not being able to see currently. I think theyāre fairly priced for daycare, I just want to get ALL the amenities I pay for.

Dogtopia is an amazing place to take your dog! The entire team is friendly, professional, and very accommodating. My Frenchie absolutely loves it there. Itās such a great feeling knowing your dog is happy and well cared forāespecially when he gets so excited to jump out of the car when we arrive! I highly recommend Dogtopia to anyone looking for a safe and loving place for their pup.
