The care and service at Dogtopia Woodbridge is first class. For my puppy, he is so excited to go to daycare, he starts dancing in the car as soon as he sees the parking lot. On days he doesn’t go, he sulks. The socialization has helped his separation anxiety tremendously. For me, the human, the staff is kind, professional, always willing to assist, and treat my dog like their own. It’s everything i want in trusting the care of dog while I’m at work.
Put my dogs harnesses over their winter coats. They are sized to go over the coats. Otherwise my pups seem happy and tired when I pick them up.

Improved web cam coverage
Very friendly staff the minute you walk through the door. They make you feel like your furbaby will be loved and safe while in their care. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and the steps they take to ensure everything is sanitized. Another bonus is the live camera and app where you can watch your pup play and be happy. Staff is always in the room making sure the whole pack is getting along. The best part is when I pick up my baby, she is happy, exercised, and pooped!

Every person there is extremely helpful they care about all of their clients, they know who you are as soon as you walk in the door.

Been bringing my dog to daycare for about 6 months now and it's been great. The staff there are so friendly and you can tell they really love dogs. The facility is very clean and both my wife and I love the fact we can check in on our dog through their webcams.
I am so appreciative that the staff responds to my texts as I can’t always call. They are very communicative and I appreciate the love and care they give to glizzy.
Everyone is so friendly. Our pups have fun and are very tired when they get home.

I'd love to see more mixers or social events for dogs and parents. I'd also appreciate it if the coaches would step in more often during these two situations: (1) when the dogs have been inactive for awhile, I've seen some coaches just stand there for 20-30 minutes checking their phones instead of engaging the dogs in some activity like walking around the room. (2) When some of the dogs are playing and one has been pinned, they often leave the dogs alone and the submissive dog ends up repeatedly on the floor for 2-5 minutes. This is not a great practice.

The staff is friendly, lots of staff available so not having to wait. The facility is super clean! Love the videos to watch, gives piece of mind. Love the opportunity for nap time during the dog so the pups don’t burn out.
Staff are so friendly and kind. They are very patient during the meet and greet process which clearly helps to set up the dogs for success. I like being able to set up appointments online and view the webcams. The whole process has been very convenient!
