My dog Oliver loves coming to Dogtopia! He comes for daycare and has done boarding there before as well. All the staff is extremely friendly and trustworthy. I love all the adorable fun days they add throughout the month.

My dog has been going to Dogtopia Canton for years. She loves it so much. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. She boards there too on occasion, and always comes home happy.

The staff at Dogtopia, Mt. Kisco, is very friendly and welcoming. Great place. My Golden Retriever loves going there.
I don’t like subscriptions. I like that when I need day care I can make a reservation prior to the date I need. I also don’t like your charges for being late to drop off???? If I were to be late I would call you.
Also a no show charge. I would call you before the date I reserved. But there should be some situations where you could forgo the charge on the reserved date. You never know what could happen. BUT if I were a customer taking advantage of your services then you should ban me or revoke my subscription.
My dog LOVES going there. She is always excited when we drive upriver up. That says a lot. The staff is very very friendly to me and my pup.

We love Dogtopia! Our dog Theo loves going twice a week. The staff is incredible, so friendly and caring for our pups. When our dog, Sophie, passed, they were so kind with their condolences, and they loved her like family. We’ll continue to send our dogs to Dogtopia for daycare as long as it’s around!

The staff is friendly and seem to treat my dogs well during their time on site. I see other dogs coming in at drop off time and they are clearly excited to be there.
Staff are caring and well trained in pup care. They thoroughly enjoy talking about your pup and will give good input if you have questions….. The best part is my pup is so excited to go to daycare!!!! Unbelievably exuberant!!!!!! Comes home with a voracious appetite and rest well!!!!!!
Staff is friendly and they get to know all the dogs personally. They always have some activity for the dogs as well as treats, fun days etc. They for sure keep the dogs entertained and I don't have to worry about my dog's care. Also, being able to board the dogs when going on vacation is so helpful and convenient. Love Dogtopia!

Feels like a home away from home for my pups
Dogtopia is the best dog day care service I have found in Boise. The facility is clean, the staff is professional and friendly. They show that they really care about our pet and I feel comfortable leaving feeling our dog for a day or overnight.
The staff is always friendly and very accommodating. Hank seems to really like it and I feel he is treated like family!
We have used Dogtopia many times in the past. We have consistently had a report card, great interactions, and not a single issue. That streak of good luck ended when we picked up our dog Kyro on August 24, 2026. I picked up our dog and he seemed to be fine, but shortly after he was in the car and we were on the way home I saw what looked like a scab on his snout. Upon further inspection, it turned out to be an almost 3/4 inch gash on his nose (I have pictures). He even flinched away from us when we tried to touch his head, and that is totally out if character for him.
Our dog did not have this when he went to the kennel, and no one mentioned anything about it as we were checking out. I called back and no one seemed to know what had happened at first. After the front desk clerk inquired after some minutes, she came back on the phone and said that our dog had been kenneled for bad behavior "multiple times". This apparently had to do with a golden retriever who was not named.
This leads me to believe that whatever kenneling was done was done in an extremely rough fashion. Additionally it is reprehensible that our dog was not checked over, and or anything reported about this gash on his nose. Needless to say I am appalled, disappointed, and very angry at how our pup was treated.
What can you do to make things right? I don't know, how do you fix trust? However it should start with a refund for half of our kenneling costs, and an apology. I'm not sure what else from there.

The staff is great and I like the availability of add-ons such as Greenies when boarding my pups so I can make sure they're still keeping those chompers clean!
They forgot my dog in a cage for hours. That’s not what I pay for. She needs exercise.
They seem to adore every dog that walks in, and talk about them as if they are family. My dogs are happy there ... and I am more rested.
You guys are awesome. Our Ozzy loves his doggie daycare visits.
