Friendly staff, caring services, safe environment and ease of booking
It is so easy to drop off and pickup, nice spacious parking lot! Stella didn’t realize she was a dog until she went to Dogtopia in New Rochelle. The staff is very professional and kind. The webcam is a great feature too, although I don’t peek as often as I used too!
Convenient, staff is great! They take good care of our puppies.

I have tried all the dog places in my area and Dogtopia is the best! They truly are interested in your pet -- the staff is always welcoming and friendly and eager to do whatever you or your pet needs. And, best of all, there is minimal staff changing -- it's nice to see people you recognize and can talk to every visit. I highly recommend the Dogotopia on 1463 to everyone!

The staff changes have been disappointing. I feel like staff is not as friendly and welcoming as in the past. All extra activities that were done before have stopped for a while now. (Special treats, crafts, games). I feel Dogtopia has lost what made it special.
Did a great job grooming our very timid girl. She looked great and was relaxed when Inpicked her up, so I know she was treated gently. Very impressed!
We are very pleased with the care that Dogtopia has given our pet. The facility is always clean, the staff is professional, and the general atmosphere there is that this is a place that loves dogs! Best of all, our golden doodle loves going there and comes home happy and exhausted from playing with her buddies. I recommend Dogtopia 100%. I never worry about our dog when I leave her there for a play day or overnight.

My dog has been going here for three years. Staff turnover is super low. They know all the dogs by name, obviously care about their well-being, are professional, energetic, kind, pleasant, and just overall lovely people. I trust that my dog is safe with them. I know they genuinely care for her and want to make her stay safe and relaxing and fun. And I enjoy my interactions with the staff too.
You have a wonderful caring team. Very approachable and lots of smiles. Lola enjoyed her visit. You always return my emails and that is a big deal. I love that you have a webcam for me to watch my pup.
