The photos are great & shipping was speedy! The prices are a little extreme in my opinion. I only ordered one photo due to the cost. I had already paid an extreme amount for senior photos.

I appreciate that you were there and photographed my son, but the photo of him was crooked and with too much space at the top. After I purchased the digital version, I had to straighten it a few degrees as well as crop the top off. You also used one single photo of him, but just changed the background and zoomed in on the same photo. I know there are many graduates and you had to be quick, but I was unable to purchase prints because your photo was crooked and your editing features didn’t include straightening. I would also have preferred you took at least two photos of him by himself rather than the same photo with many backgrounds. Thank you.
They were very attentive.
The posing, colors and background variety are all good (though maybe a completely different background color option would be good, in addition to what you offer—I code slate blue and the flower background ). Some professional photographers would also have had a special piece of tissue or brush with powder to take away the really shiny highlights on foreheads, noses and cheeks — these glaring spots are quite obvious.

Photo arrived completely bent up. Was not properly protected (no heavy duty cardboard - photo just put in flimsy envelope with extremely lightweight piece of cardstock). Putting words “do not bend” is not going to fly with the post office - that is why they have photo mailers at the post office. I sent email and photos to Grad Team to show damage and request replacement- no reply to date and no replacement to date. Not cool.
Photos are so expensive and not that professionally edited. Some are with AI generated backgrounds. Lighting and quality not at par given the price.
Photo wasn't printed correctly. Contacted you guys about it, heard nothing back. $14 per photo for misprint.
First off you contacted me constantly! Way over kill, and annoying. Once I ordered 3 pictures, you still harassed me to buy the other ones! And the prices of your products were very high.

Easy options reasonable price for digital downloads
I ordered some photos from them. It’s so difficult to see the quality of the photos before you pay for it when I ordered one of the photos it came back very blurry so I asked for a refund on that one photo or maybe that I could choose a different one that was several weeks ago I think three or four weeks ago now and I still got no response and I’ve replied multiple times trying to get a hold of them. They still haven’t responded. They are completely overpriced and they are monopoly. This is unfair and cruel to grad. Students have to pay for these photos. What a scam what a sour bitter taste just to finish my degree.
My son‘s photo was taken with one of his shirt collars hanging outside of his gown. For this price, I would’ve expected the photographer to pick up on those little nuances and fix them prior to taking photos.
