The photos are beautiful
The photos were good.
There were a variety of photos to choose from. Reminders were sent to make sure deadlines were known. Kirsten from customer support helped me honor a coupon code and issued a refund.
A bit pricey. Our son also graduated from Boise State. They were Less expensive and we could order all his digital pics for 99$. At UND we could only buy 3 pics for 99$. But UND had way more choices. Beautiful pics and shipping was on time.
The pictures that were taken of my child were great, the quality seems to be good, and it captured the moment perfectly.

My son graduated on December 21st. We had an early Christmas dinner the next day and then spent days packing up his apartment to move cross country to his new job during the holiday season with weather and holiday closures impacting us every day. We were extremely busy trying to get everything done in the very short time frame we had. The non-stop emails and texts from your company were annoying at best and infuriating at worst. We had no time to look at the proofs on an enlarged screen and were pestered non-stop about purchasing the photos. Given the holiday season and the fact that there are all sorts of expenditures at that time of the year, the high pressure tactics of your company were not in any way appreciated. There is no reason whatsoever that picking out the photos we wanted needed to be done with such urgency to fit YOUR timeline. Digital photos were taken, they are stored electronically and there is no rush to get this done because the next set of graduates is in May. Whoever it was at your company that believes this is the best way to conduct business, lacks professionalism and is completely devoid of logical reasoning. DO BETTER!

Website- going from one photo to the next when ordering. I got a little frustrated with the process.
The photo at graduation felt rushed. I was being hooded and would have like a photo after that so I had on my full regalia. Also the price is quite high. Just six months ago I bought the same package for my daughter who attended a different school and the price I paid was much lower. That is disappointing.

Whoever was responsible taking pictures did a terrible job i mean terrible, no effort was done to taking great picture at the ceremony. Photos was basic shots then shots had strangers in them

The pictures seemed a bit more expensive than was necessary, but they were good.
Prices are too expensive
The actual photograps were not properly timed. Eyes closed, not prompted well to get the best possible expressions, etc.
The proofs were okay. Unfortunattely a number of the proofs has the graduation tassel right in his face. The Photos came in a "tissue" like envelope. On the envelop it is printed, "Please Do Not Bend'. Unfortunatly, the envelope was rolled and placed in my mailbox.
Up grade the envelop and put in two sturdy pieces of cardboard to protect the pictures.
The picture quality is okay, not great.
I know, your business is one and done. Take a bit more pride in the pictures and the delivery process.

You took so many pictures of me at the ceremony, and every option I can buy is the same picture with some crappy background digitally added later. They all feel so fake. I was really hoping for a variety of options for an album. Just... meh...
I ordered 2 books and both have school of business on the cover. It should have been Science
