Price was so expensive
After I ordered, you continued to message me saying time was running out. It was annoying! My photos were delivered USPS and were damp because rain had seeped into my mailbox. The quality wasn’t great for the photos, but the fact that you continued to message even after I received them to tell me to order was ridiculous!
The pictures are very nice
Pictures were perfect!!!
The quality of the pictures aren't as good as I thought they would be. The picture that I chose to be my downloaded picture you can't see my cap. Whereas in the proofs my cap is shown. I reached out to customer service to ask if I change my downloaded picture, and never heard back from anyone. Then the key chain that I purchased, few minutes after taking it out of the package I showed my daughter and then the picture fell off. I'm truly disappointed.
The variety of options and quick service.
The options for purchase of commencement ceremony was excellent.

Pictures of myself where extremely expensive. Theres no way we should have to pay for pictures of ourselves. There should be some arrangement between your company and the school in place.
It is very costly for just a few photos, however they are quality photos. I ordered a plaque and it is very nice.

pictures were good for the most part, but prices are outrageous, it’s a bit disappointing to spend $50 on 4 photos.
Quality of photos were outstanding. And the quick service made it even better.

The pictures are also so incredibly overpriced. It’s ridiculous. This is the biggest day of our lives for some of us, and we can’t even get a good picture. I’m not paying nearly $100 for 6 JPEG pictures. There is absolutely no way it takes that much to process these. A money grab is what this is!
The quality of picture from the different angles were horrible and not worth the price
My eyes were closed in one of the pictures, I think there should be multiple pictures taken to avoid this. It was also over priced.

2 camera man but there is no idea which or where to look to get a good picture in a span of 10 seconds being called and shaking their hands! Terrible set up with names, most readers do it so fast there is no time ti appreciate each graduate. There is NO time to appreciate the STAGE! Not worth it to buy the packages of photography. It’s disappointing. Rating 3 stars for their effort but it’s very poor and rushed
