Better communication on shipping and tracking.
Great work
I cropped the photo slightly and had it aligned perfectly in the website. The actual photo that was printed and sent to me was cropped extremely to one direction, did not match at all what I was shown on the website, and is completely unusable. I am very, very unhappy with this result and would like my money back.

My picture frame came in broken and I have sent out an email about no one has responded to my email. I pay 100 dollars to receive my pictures broken

Felt rushed when it came to taking pictures
I've ordered 2 pictures. First one so shadowed my grad could hardly be seen. Second picture very off centered. So disappointing.

Going thru the process was absolutely horrible. It was difficult and time consuming. I had to start over at least 9 times in the course of a week. Packages weren’t clear enough. I had a very difficult time to the point that I almost gave up. That would have meant ZERO pictures of my grandchild.
I finally was able to get pictures. Thank God.

I spoke to your representative on 6/12/26 and she told me that she could see the photo was not OK (white spots on our daughters face) and that it would be touched up to remove the white spots and the sent to us again in two weeks. It has now been 3 weeks and we are still waiting for the photo.
I received my pictures however my father ordered and paid for pictures and they have not been received. He has been trying to contact the company but has not received a reply from anyone. The payment has however processed through his credit card.
The lines to take photos of being hooded took far too long, making our ceremony late and most graduates ended up missing or being incredibly rushed through the process making for a lot of unhappy results. Additionally, the staff seemed stressed which led to more forced direction and uncomfortable remarks made.

It was easy to use. I do wish when selecting package you were able to select different poses for select sizes.
The website is very clunky: Favorites either get stuck or don’t register at all and going backwards and forwards to review cart contents, compare photos etc simply doesn’t work.
Also creating an account for payment seems to be redundant - just a data grab?
The photos are great though and after-sale delivery of my (digital) products was quick, efficient and easy, which was a pleasant surprise after the frustration and inefficiency of the viewing and ordering functionalities. I guess your web designers and your fulfilment teams are separate and very different.

The quality of the photo we purchased was very low, it was blurry when we attempted to print it, even at relatively small sizes. Furthermore, no one notified me that my cords were almost falling off before taking my photo.
