i have checked the photo and ordered photo magnet they blurred everything except the face why how will we know its graduation without the gown and people in background so disappointed with the magnets i have ordered 2. very bad quality.
I love the quality of the pictures and it did not take very long for my pictures to arrive.
I ordered an 8x 10 of a photo. I didn’t receive an 8x 10. The picture is smaller than that size. It doesn’t cover the glass of an 8x 10 frame.
Overcharging for digital photographs. Your prices are absurd and you know that.
I ordered the picture thinking you were Photoshop and add her diploma in it not a ticket. I am very disappointed in this service. I requested my money back and I never received my money back.

Great candid photos of our graduate at NDSU. I appreciate the close-ups of her receiving her diploma, and the pictures with her friends in the seating area. Also, the pictures with family. Great jib capturing this momentus occasion!
Not atmospheric enough
I paid $15 for a single photo - I only did that because I really wanted that photo and there was no one else who could've taken my pictures at graduation, but this price is outrageous
I don't know how many poses are typically offered but there were literally two almost identical poses of my daughter. Two. They were almost exactly the same except she was giving a thumbs-up in one. The other two "poses" were simply cropped close-ups of those two. Then there were multiple repeats of those two pictures with photoshopped backgrounds. I get that time is very limited and there are hundreds of students, but it was especially irritating to pay $70 for a single photo. The next option was three photos - why would I want three when there were only two photos to choose from? I can't even imagine why anyone would order the six-photo package. So yes, I am extremely irritated that I paid $70 for a single digital photo - about the price of a whole series of professional headsets or the price I last paid for an entire big box family photo shoot. We took dozens of photos that actually meant something to her and us for free, at recognizable points on campus, and they are lovely, but the company entrusted with capturing the moment she received her diploma just fleeced me for $70 for a single digital file
The price is too high..
On the one hand, I like that it was easy to find/get my selection of pictures and to purchase them---so thank you for that!
They were quite expensive for only being digital rather than physical---but at least I know that I own them, so I suppose that is something.
I liked the streamlined process of going through the line and getting our pictures taken, the video moment, etc---however, even with all of the information sent out prior to the ceremony, I didn't really know what to expect for those moments or how to tell my guests what to watch for. In regard to the picture taking, I had both my phone and my reader glasses in my hand, so I had to hold the diploma folder with one hand while hiding the other behind the folder. Looks a little odd in the picture if you notice it. It could be a simple thing for the photographers/people guides to suggest setting them on the ground quickly before taking the photo---it felt a bit rushed and stressed, so I had to think on the fly (and it wasn't as if I had a lot of things with me). So, that is my suggestion for the future.
Great pictures and easy to purchase.
I submitted a request for help and literally no one ever reached back out. The pictures were incredibly expensive, and so many of them were blurry or the lighting was horrible. One of the pictures I bought was blurry, but that wasn't visible with the watermark, so I ended up spending an ungodly amount on a horrible picture.
Frame came in broken. Send another one

In my daughter’s picture receiving her diploma, a student in the background is very prominent. It’s the first thing everyone notices about the picture, but it’s the only pic I have of that moment. I don’t know why this wasn’t photoshopped; I do photography as well and feel this is a standard expectation these days in our world of AI. Now we will always have this pic of my daughter and a random student getting her diploma.
My graduation photo of my son that I order the 8x10 is blurry. I sent requests but haven't heard back.

The most I liked about the grad team service was their production throughout the graduation. The grad team captured great moments of the ceremony.
