Great pictures of my kids during graduation!
Majority of the pictures that are supposed to be me, are not. They have me in them but completely out of focus. Also the photographer had me do a peace sign and I would never consider buying a picture that I am doing a peace sign.
I ordered photos and never got the download link and you keep sending me emails to b order v and v you never respond to my help requests
I think the candid photos were pretty unflattering and many posed ones felt uncentered.
I have yet to receive a response from my customer service request regarding order VGPhone number removed3. My pictures are terrible and obviously AI altered.
Shine was way too bright. I can edit myself rather than paying a retouch fee that won’t let me see the retouch until I pay for it. Probably better to have more than one person taking photos so people don’t wait for a turn while the photographer goes wherever they want. Would have been nice to do a photo like in the examples instead of at a dinner table or in a yard.
Prints were expensive, and the print quality when received wasn't very good.
It was fast and pics came out great
The packages were way too expensive to not be able to choose more individually and get more pictures. Imagine getting 3 downloads for $99 and these are not prints. There should be much better individual choices than only the few choices that the team put together for us to choose from.
The pictures really captured my son's special day so well, I was very pleased!
The photos came in a flimsy envelope. Was bent on arriving. Very disappointing with the price we paid and the shipping fees.

A day after we ordered the prints we received a coupon with a significant discount. When we followed up there has been ZERO response from customer service which is absolutely unacceptable. So to make it right please apply the discount and refund the difference. And respond to our email.
I’m still waiting for my daughters graduation photos. I was told that they were send out on 05/08/2025. I have yet to receive them. Nothing has came in the USPS.. I did speak to someone regarding my photos and was told to call back Friday 05/22/2025.. Very upsetting.
It was great to get proofs so soon after the graduation ceremony. I liked being able to order prints and they arrived quickly and my son liked being able to get a digital download.
The pictures weren’t great quality - the glare off of my glasses alone was terrible. You charge an arm and a leg and then want to charge an additional fee to remove the glare? It’s highway robbery.

Beyond ridiculous prices.
The photographers were very nice and willing to take photos.
However, we are not thrilled with the quality of the photos.any are dark or show yellow. You’d think with a professional camera they would come out much better.
Quality of print
I would like to cheaper options but the overall quality was amazing.
I purchased prints of my hooding which unfortunately came out very blurry. I was very disappointed with the quality of the photos since this is an important event for students. I have already contacted customer support about this and was provided solutions. Ultimately I chose to get refunded for the prints. Your representative was wonderful to speak with and very kind.
Take more than one or at least make sure the eyes aren’t closed!!!
