The plaque was damage. Please ensure that it is properly protected to prevent from damage during delivery. I am not sure though whether it was damaged prior to delivery, in that case please make sure that you're sending products that's not damaged .

It would have been nice to be able to save selections so if you had to log out and then go back in later you don't have to do it ALL over and over again. It got to the point where I just didn't want to do it anymore and say the heck with it. But it was my son's medical school ceremony so I stuck through it. Plus the site kept "shutting down" right when I would put my card in - then I would have to redo the whole thing... I actually forgot about that until just now. it really was more like a 4 when i think about it. For the $$$$ it cost it really should have been better - just saying :). I just really like the photos they captured - very personal.
Nicer frames for the price. More options on statuettes.

Everything was great, except one of the magnetic pictures was very dark, the contrast was off.
Everyone was so helpful and understanding during my graduation. My photos turned out great at all the events I attended. The price was very reasonable for the package I purchased and I got my prints very quickly.
Quality products at reasonable prices
I would have given a 10 if it were not for the glitch in the picture customization process. I almost gave up and didn’t order because of the problem with centering a picture and have it stick. It was also difficult to get the image the correct size. I know it wasn’t because I was doing anything wrong as I used the same process four times before it finally stuck. It should be a much easier process.
Unnecessarily expensive
The service and quality of the paper were good. Shipping time good. The quality of the ceremony pictures were bad: Shadows and the white coats are over exposed. Still glad I have the memory. Thanks!

The retouching adjusted my features instead of smoothing out blemishes or tightening things up like I expected.
