Photos turned out amazing and the quality was great. Also received my products extremely fast. I was very impressed.
Easy to access and order. Fast and efficient experience. Only thing dissatisfied about is that my finished product has a bit of the picture clipped off at the top. Since it is a photo slate, I should have expected that to happen, but it would have been nice to have seen that was going to happen when I ordered it. I could have cropped the picture differently to make up for the jagged edge at the top. Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback. Maybe the next person will be warned that it will happen with that particular product.
The prices were outrageous! $60 got a digital picture is ludicrous and greedy, and you're taking advantage of people. I hope to never deal with you again!
The lettering on the plaque already looks like it’s fading and falling off and we just received it. So for the amount of money we paid I am deeply disappointed.
I wish the delivery package was of thicker card stock. The pictures where dented when we received them. I i know the package says do not fold, but it folds very easily that it ruined the pictures. The envelope was delivered this way. I have pictures and a video of the delivery.
I loved that you sold me the digital rights to the photos I chose. My daughter's Stanford photographer sold me actual photos and then I don't have as many options because I don't own the photos.
Facial recognition makes it super easy and a smoother process during the event day.
The photographer captured really wonderful pictures and was fast too!
The 8X10 picture is not centered. There is too much negative space at the top of the picture and the plaque the my daughter is holding is all cut off except for the very top. The 5X7 was centered nicely.

The fact that I had to fight for a seat and part of my party had to stand was disappointing to say the least. Families should be issued tickets or some other solution should be in place. it is ridiculous to pay the amount of tuition paid for 4 years and not be able to get a seat at graduation.
The actual ceremony was great and it flowed well.
One of the photographers, specifically at the end of the stairs at the nursing pinning ceremony, was very rude and a lot of the nursing students were talking about it the next day. We all felt uncomfortable taking those photos
Prices are a little high. On the website for ordering pictures, the interface needs to be improved. This is particularly for customizing and changing photos, features, and items within the various packages.
Picture arrived with no cover over it so it stuck to the packaging, I was able to save most of it 😞

Pictures were great. Order process easy. Pictures are shipped in a paper envelope with a thin cardboard like piece to protect the pictures from bending. There is no plastic sleeve protecting the pictures from moisture and wetness due to rain. The top of my envelope was wet and we just got lucky I retrieved it from the mailbox before it made it to the pictures themselves.

I have not received my photos and I have sent 2 emails with no response. Are they emailed to they come in the mail. Please respond….I was not able to take pictures of my son at graduation and I trusted I could them from your company. I am hurt because I have no photos and very disappointed
Picture has a large sunspot in the focal point; Picture arrived in a paper envelope and was slightly bent upon arrival.
Retouch sunspot and send out a new image in stronger packaging.
