I centered the picture. The 8x10 photos came out centered but the smaller ones did not come in centered. Not sure why.
My son was holding the plaque sideways in his graduation picture. We paid $60 for this and it is sideways. The photographer should have told him to move it around before snapping the picture. That is the job of the photographer. We should get refund in my opinion.
I wish that the orders were simpler, like if a family member wanted to just buy 1 8x10.
or explain that it is all digital, not every family member knows how to use apps.
there was one candid photo that we had taken with our advisor that didn't show up anywhere. i went through every single photo for the whole weekend. i really wanted that one.
One picture I received has a white mark on it. The customer service representative did send out a replacement but it took almost a month.
The PHD graduates were last. They were hooded in an empty arena. They should have been first for eveyone to see and be an inspiration to other students.
Photo dowloads are ridiculously expensive. I didn't take many pictures at my son's college grad because I knew that someone was taking them. When he shared the link with me, I about cried. There was no way I was going to be able to buy as many downloads as I wanted. Very disappointed that a company can take advantage of people like this. Pictures were great, prices were terrible.

Quality of the photos I received were very poor.
The name printed on the plaque that I ordered is crooked and I’m trying to get a hold of someone for them to redo it or fix it

You didn’t add enough firm cardboard and the photo was very bent when delivered in the mail.

The quality and content of the photographs was subpar at best. The cost was exorbitant based on the fact that the majority of the pictures didn’t include a clear picture of our graduate or incorporated awkward poses and inopportune moments. We were extremely disappointed as we relied on these pictures to supplement what we were able to capture from our vantage point. The follow-up communications indicating there was a limited time to purchase these photos at a discount were voluminous and now laughable given the final content. Once again very disappointed these didn’t capture a major milestone in our familiar’s life.
All the options on the website were easy to use.
For professional photos they were very bad. Especially since for 3 photos I paid 40 buck. My student wasn't centered and one of the three pictures was partial blurry.

The photo of my daughter's honors graduation has her medallion backwards. This should have been noticed by the photographer and corrected before the photo. Very disappointed. MSU-Bozeman Montana graduation May 2026.
Good pictures. Product came quickly
Almost all the pictures taken by you were not centered properly which resulted in us not knowing that we weren’t holding our diplomas centered. So most are slanted/crooked, we were rushed to just stand and pose quickly getting off the stage.
I ordered one print and it was very disappointing. It was darker than the actual picture in view mode. Now granted I’m dark skinned, but the background of the picture itself was disappointing. And your prices are ridiculous. I am very disappointed that on such a special day, we were given crappy pictures.
