Promptness and value
The purchase was easy and the pics were great…
When I received my pictures one of them was blurry, it did not appear that way in the proofs I was sent. This was kind of disappointing.
The pictures taken don’t seem very high quality and like they try to get everyone in the frame, I’ve seen some from others where the president of the school is cut off from the picture
The price was way to high for the pictures taken. I could have taken the same quality picture myself. I was not impressed at all and I did not like the background options they were tacky.
I think The Grad Team is far too expensive to be using AI. You’d think with that kind of money we spend, they would have professionals working to add the touches we paid for without using AI. Overall, in person, nice people.

You charge way too much for the photos that we I could’ve eventually gotten for free. I hope you guys go out of business soon.
The pictures should not print darker than the proofs. Mine are a lot darker than I had expected.
Too expensive. Lower your prices.
Prices are ridiculously high. $100 for 3 DIGITAL pictures? At least send maybe a 5x7 of each as well as the digital.
Ensure all photos are visible in first album and offer package discounts up front to allow families to make informed purchasing decisions at one time

The photo on the magnet were not clear at all. Doesn’t look anything like the original photo. I was expecting the magnet to look like the photo I sent.

Overpriced digital downloads. Sent emails acting like it was the last chance to purchase at a discounted price then after I made my purchase a week later they again discounted the price 30%.
