Photos were adequate. One photo was not even of my graduate. App was difficult to use in selection process of photos & photo book.. Prices were outrageous. Service was fast & efficient in delivery of the digital photos, but we still have not received the photo book yet.

For me, it was hard to navigate the site to order. Loved the variety of pictures.

I wrote an email bc my 25% coupon did not work and did not want to lose access to my child’s pic (last day). I asked for grad cards with the discount difference instead of no money back but no response. I would love to receive my discount as a credit.

Even after I set up an account, your system didn't allow me to save my cart so everytime I went back to it, I had to reselect everything - it took way too much time!

The quality of pictures were great. Had a wide variety of views and photos to choose from. I received my order quickly and was very pleased with the results of each photo.

It all happened so fast, there was no guidance. Assistance to smile, instruct me to hold my diploma in a more esthetically pleasing manner, fix my regalia, etc. one photo was me from behind. No one wants to buy that. Could have been much better. I understand a fast paced ceremony, so maybe have multiple photographers to that pictures can be taken well, without creating a back up. Don’t sacrifice quality for time. I probably would have ordered more if I actually thought they were very nice photos.

Portrait shot is fine. The walking shots are quite blurry. I would not have purchased the photos if I knew they would turn out this way. For just a 3 downloads and 1 picture, it was too expensive and not worth the price.

My sons hat fell off it would have been nice if the photographer would have let him put it back on. But I do appreciate the alternative photo taken on stage.

I never recieved my order after spending $100

Super annoying that you can’t purchase more candid photos as individual photos as a 4x6 as ONE photo and I’m not talking about how you could get it as a digital. I wanted hard copies. But you basically had to put those photos in wallets to be able to get them at all for keepsakes.

It had been over a year and a half since my son graduated and the pictures were still available to order. The were delivered quickly and they're very good quality.

The discount advertised was misleading, when the code was entered at check out then the prompt said a curtain amount had to be purchased. Very misleading and frustrating!
