The image for the glossy effect should have been shown on other picture formats as I wouldn’t have gotten it with the background style we chose as it’s too glossy. However the image you display shows the picture to be more vibrant and not flat. When choosing an image with the school’s logo behind the glossy effect is a bit too extra in my opinion. Other than that, your services were easy to use.
One other suggestion is the magnet picture is poorly designed as my younger children’s elementary school magnet picture is better with the entire picture being a magnet, not just a square magnet attached to the top of the picture.
The prices are not worth it at all. The photos are rushed and don’t look right. I understand they are taken during graduation, but my kiddo didn’t look like themselves in any except one that I chose - paid $40 for and there are other people in the background. Your service is a ripoff!!!

The camera that took my son's pinning ceremony messed up and now I don't have any pictures from his ceremony. The camera should have been checked before the ceremony. Very Disappointed.
$60 for ONE digital photo is ridiculous. Prices need to be much more reasonable.

Everything was great, pictures were beautiful, communication was excellent, and the website was easy to navigate. I found the price point a little high, but otherwise all was excellent!
The grade provided goes to the whole process of ordering our needs. Still pending to receive the photos to be evaluated
It would be helpful to have chairs for the grads to sit on while they wait in the back before they go into the arena. We have to stand for a long period of time. Many of us are in high heels.
It would also be helpful to have water available for purchase while we wait.

I still haven’t received my order
My photos were bent. If they were ship in the packaging with the plaque this would not have happened. Customer service was prompt, polite, professional and knowledgeable of the subject. Your package selection was not easy to blend. The product was delivered early. Thank you
Photos taken for my daughter's graduation were very good. After ordering my photos were received in a timely manner. Thanks for your service!
While the photo quality was acceptable, the framing and angle of the stage photos was subpar. The wide photo of the president's handshake only showed the back of the president's head (bad angle), while a photo of a side angle better showing the president's face was too narrow to where it cut off both the student and the president horizontally. The photo of the graduate holding the diploma holder was suboptimal due to the photographer's assistant giving advice after the photographer had already taken the photo. Providing advice or signage in the line for the diploma holder photo could help alleviate this issue. Otherwise, the photos (including walking photos when entering the ceremony) were good, although navigating the web interface was somewhat confusing.
I really liked the picture. When it got bent in the mail, y'all sent me a replacement right away.

Time ran out for my daughter to take her white coat picture at the hooding ceremony and the photographer took a beautiful picture of her in front of the christmas tree at the reception after the ceremony. Amazing
Hi, I ordered the Graduate photobook on January 8th, but I still have not received anything.
Most of the photos were blurry, but since I don't have any other images from the ceremony, I had to purchase this book. I am still waiting for the product. I may change my rating after I receive it if it doesn't look bad.
Video said the wrong name and did not even have an option to change to the correct one (None of them are correct)
I would like a cheaper downloadable option with less prints in it.
