The product slate that I ordered was alright. It clearly chipped in shipping however the chip didn’t affect the picture.

I submitted an email on JUNE 16th and have not heard anything back! I paid for the "Stray Hair Removal" and it wasn't removed. What was removed was her signature, light-colored mole that is on the right side of her face between her nose and mouth! So, you can either fix the stray hair or refund me the $19 dollars that I paid for that stray hair removal.

Great pictures
A few more variations of photos would be nice. Other than that, I am super happy with how they turned out!
Received 1 fuzzy picture (the one with college president), not a print issue but photography issue. The rest was great.

It would have been good to have had more package options and to be able to get 1 to 3 pictures of different poses without paying so much. Like for example I liked two poses and would rather have gotten a few prints of each instead of having to choose one pose and having so very many copies that I won’t use of that one pose
The ease of ordering and the options
Three standard shots were ok, the remaining weren't centered on the student she was mostly behind the girl ahead So i did not order any candid shots. They seemed a bit pricey for three digital photos, but the only option to get the closeup photos. One time event so as the Aunt I paid for them.

Way too expensive for 6 digital pictures. Although the pictures were great of my baby graduating.

The picture quality was very good, and delivery was prompt. I would have rated a 10 if not for one thing. The person/photographer telling the subject to take off the stole/honors sash and hold it across the arm like it was insignificant was a bit disappointing for her official picture.
One of the poses we selected as 5x7 had spots with green in her hair and on her chin. This was not obvious in the proofs because of the words printed across the picture. Very disappointed given the $ we spent on these :(
The pictures are good. However, the Eagle Plume on my daughter’s cap was photoshopped out. This was not an option I requested. Please restore the plume as the original photo shows. Thank you.
I tried to order a magnet of my sign and was sent one of a different kid.

No one ever got back to me about a code not working, even after multiple emails. Someone did reply once and when I answered their question I never got a response.
