We liked the different pictures and backgrounds. It was easy to buy and download the pics we chose. I have another child who graduated 3 years ago and we had less options. So we appreciate the product you provided.

The ordering process was user friendly. The photos were professional and arrived quickly.
We ordered 2 5x7 pictures with wooden stands. The stand is made so cheaply that it doesn’t support the weight of the photo and flops backwards. No matter how we’ve tried to adjust the photo’s positioning - even bending the photo - to redistribute the weight it won’t stand up.
First, all photos of my son were of him and the president of the school. I would have preferred photos of just my son. I was not given a choice.
Secondly, my son was wearing blue clothing, the president was wearing black and they were against a blue background. The photos are too dark.
I was very disappointed in the photos but did want a photo of my son graduating, so I suppose they are better than nothing. I really must say, however, these photos are the poorest quality photos that I've ever purchased. Very amateur.
Thirdly, given the quality of the photos, they are very much overpriced.

Good quality and quick
Well, to begin with, I am 65 years old and it took a lot to go back to school and finish. I found a photo set that fit my budget. Now I can send these nice graduation photos out to my family.
Everything was great!
It was very hard to navigate in and out of the website. It took me a good fifteen minutes to get back into the website after I waited a few days to go back in and order. I also wish I had more time to decide what I wanted. I don't understand the super short window to order. I would have ordered differently. It is also very expensive but I understand there are a lot of factors that go into the costs. Lastly, I wish there was a way to see a little better what the actual picture will look like printed. It was a little hard to tell what the the picture was because the pictures are so small on the website so I ended up guessing at what I wanted.
Some of the pictures were great, but others were off center. Fortunately, I was able to crop and adjust.

Your use of using facial recognition and/or AI to "find" random photos of me during the ceremony is laughable.
Yes, the formal portrait of me at the white screen was fine and we ordered a single view.
Not offering a wider variety of backgrounds would have been better.
Why would I want a background reserved for the ROTC graduates when I am not in ROTC?
You clearly do not understand the informal rules of graduation.
But the other photos offered to me in my package are a joke. Many were not me or did not include me in the image at all.

No response when inquiry on where my order is. I ordered over 3 weeks ago and I got an email stating that it shipped and that was a couple weeks ago and I never received it.
Professional photographs. The work is very good and the shipping was quick.
I am still waitig for my pictures that I ordered. Other than that the service was fine.
Photos aren’t great and blurry. Not impressed for “professional photos”. I’m a photographer and just disappointed in the quality for the cost
