Nice quality, fast digital product
Picture quality excellent. Maybe there was a way but I didn't see it - to easily order self selected combo packages - such as 3 different shots for $x. Only found the option to select 1 favorite and order it at a time.

Price is high and it would be nice to have more options of how many photos can be purchased. Also an option of downloading of all photos. Some of the photos are duplicates of one photo close and further away. Why do I have to pay for both if they are the same photo (image)?
Way too expensive for photos
Too many emails and photos are not as good quality as advertised on the website.
I found the service was excellent. I ordered a graduation picture, they said delivery could be 4-6 weeks, I receive my order 1 week after I ordered it. It came to Canada, very fast delivery. Quality of the 8/10 was great. Very pleased with my “keepsake” graduation picture of my granddaughter.

Make it easier to reach an actual person to talk with when you have questions or need clarification
1. Not replying to emails on time but weeks later. Not enough people, not enough time, high volume of photos etc. are not encouraging. 2. Not having enough or any instructions on the photo page on delivery of photos. No info on email communication will be provided was mentioned. 3. There was absolutely no confirmation email or communication of the payment purchase and the order made. Emails should be sent from a proper email. 4. The photos must be taken/captured from a continuous video recording capture live. This ensures no "bad" or untimely glitches are in the final photos.
I submitted a request right after purchasing to replace one of the images. I selected from small thumbnails and didn't realize one of the prints was totally blurry. For the price of 3 digital images swapping one out seems like a minor ask. I never received a response other than acknowledgement of my email and that someone would get back to me.

The picture turned out great and was handled well and was not bent or wrinkled in anyway
The costs, honestly so expensive. They were great photos, but the price were grossly over-priced.
