Your pricing is utterly ridiculous and there wasn't even a proper diploma frame so the photos came out awkward

The photos felt very rushed. For my individual photo, I was not told to fix my stole which was falling off one side. These are supposed to be kept as memories and it felt like the photographers did not care enough to take a few seconds to fix small details.
Too expensive. I mean, thats a good way to preserve the memories, but it is very expensive.
A college student can usually not afford 90 dollars for one picture.
It was easy to select the size and finish I wanted and the picture arrived very quickly!

Your web site is a pain to use when you want to select more than one photo. It is very repetitive with too many back and forth navigation steps required. You need to support features such as multiple selection where a group of photos can be selected and apply the same treatments to all of them.

Take more photos. I wanted the handshake photo when I received my diploma but it was not taken.
One of the pictures were very blurry. I couldn’t tell from proof. Two others have bad lighting and blonde hair looks yellow. So three out of the 6 pics that I ordered look bad.

I didn't like the pictures that you took some you sent with my son and him but he was just a blip in the back He wasn't even in the photo that was previewed It was just a side view of his ear and it wasn't easy to navigate picking the pictures and getting to see all of your extras that you had It kind of hurt you because I was interested in a lot of other stuff but the pictures just kept popping up and that was it but I did like the announcements with the envelopes
I have nothing to suggest. There is always a need for improvement.
The number of grad photos was numerous before the ceremony. A quick QR code was held up by a member of the photo team, yet the amount of info to plug into the QR app discouraged me from accessing the pre-celebration photos. The one photo I was provided was a side view, in motion of the handshake with the president on the platform. I did buy 2 5x7 prints, yet there were almost no options. I am discouraged about that.

I was certain that my order included the name of the university and the date at the bottom with the framing but when I received the order, it did not have that. I have emailed twice to the grad team and have had. My emails ignored and the problem has not been fixed and now I either am stuck with the pictures that I didn’t want because they don’t have the information written at the bottom or I have to spend the money and re-order. That’s pretty upsetting. They didn’t even respond to my emails.
