Easy to use
Drop your prices!!! Way too high!
The picture quality (clarity) was not that good and impossible to see on the proofs. It also would have been nice to pick the 5x7 poses in the package the way we wanted them because we only needed one picture of our daughter and her friends. We would have preferred another 5x7 of just her, but the package made us pick two 5x7 pictures of each pose we wanted; we didn't need two pictures of her and her friends. But due to the high package cost, we did not order more of the different background poses. We would have ordered more pictures if the packages had been more affordable. It was a bit disappointing. We did appreciate a photographer being at the graduation and taking the pictures. Maybe you could send us a couple more pictures of the 5x7 poses we had already chosen at no charge to make up for this? Thank you so much for your consideration.
I paid an additional fee of $19 to have fly away hairs touched and the picture arrived without being retouched

I ordered my daughters pictures and as soon as I paid with PayPal i immediately noticed that it said it was being delivered to the wrong address so I emailed you all right away to request the address to be changed and I never got a response. I emailed again the next day with again no response. My daughter tried contacting someone with no luck and then I got an email showing the order was shipped showing the wrong address I immediately emailed back again stating that it was the wrong address and put the correct address as I did all the other times. I still to this day have no email and I never received my daughter’s graduation pictures I paid for. This was a special day since she was the first generation to graduate from college in my family. I am extremely disappointed in the fact that you all took my money and couldn’t respond to emails or take care of it over the phone and now I wasted a ton of money with nothing to show for it. And I wasn’t about to pay for them again for fear that I would get those either. This is so saddening to me and my family especially my daughter!! Thanks for nothing I will never refer anyone to you all. You ruined a very special moment we can’t get back in pictures.
My portraits are blurry and poorly lit. They changed the battery out right before my photos, and these amateurs didn’t reset the settings.

Your company is awesome!! My local post office bent my original order, even with the “do not bend” imprinted on the envelope. I called to see if your company could help me with replacements. The customer service representative who helped me was phenomenal. She didn’t hesitate to tell me she would have them reprinted and I could send them to my home address this time. They came in the mail in a cardboard envelope and were perfect. Thank you for your hardworking and dedication in helping your customers.
They were moderately priced , very good quality photos and a fast turnaround .
The pictures were beautiful! Captured a memorably moment. The package prices I felt were a little high. Yes I did purchase them but still felt they were pricey.
My photos were bent and somewhat wet from rain. There was only one thin cardboard insert in one side of the envelope. I expected better packaging. It was also difficult to locate all my student’s pics as I only received the main ceremony but had to hunt for the formal grad pic with gown and diploma.
I ordered a digital print for 99.00 and when I received it, the picture was very blurry. So I thought maybe it was just an error on the way I downloaded it. Tried another way and was still blurry. I wanted to surprise my daughter with a canvas print but now I can't because the picture is so blurry.

The process of ordering was easy and the prices were not outrageous. I had a problem with my order, it was damaged through the delivery carrier during delivery. I reached out to The Grad Team and they sent out a replacement with no problem. I think this was the easiest and fastest resolution I've received from any company. I give them a star of excellence in product and costumer service!
too expensive for 3 digital photos without editing. Also when I went back for the picture in front of the back drop at Kansas State University I was told by the photography staff to hurry up because everyone was waiting on me. I was one of the last people to get my picture taken
While the photos and prints were nice, they were sloppily cut and had white edges still visible.
For as much as I paid for three photos, I would have liked to have seen better quality on the cuts.

My older son graduated from a different university and I have professional photos of him receiving his degree cover from the dean shaking hands and a great photo after receiving the degree cover. I even have a great professional photo of myself receiving my college degree from the bishop back in 1989.
I ordered three pictures. One is very blurry and not worth the money it cost. I guess I expected it to be better quality.
Didn't like same picture with just diferent background right now everyone can edit pictures like that sometimes kids put better mode and smile to others than the parents this was my situation that is the reason I buy only fews I was waiting find more options from that special day 🙄

I wish there could of been one or two more poses
It was quick, easy and had a lot of pics to choose from
The very expensive photos of the grads coming across the stage are lacking. There were only decent pics of our grad shaking hands with the President. The ones taken in the back were my daughter's fault. No body caught a decent pic of her on stage that she wasn't leaning and reaching. No body suggested a smile from the nervous grads in the back. Very disappointed.
