You think you’re so special charging people like like 200$ for 6 JPEG files? And you really expect me to believe you’re gonna charge 10 bucks for a „tune up“ when there’s hundreds of us? When would anybody find the time to actually put in the work and then deliver something thoughtful. You are gonna put that photo through AI on Adobe Lightroom and call it a day. Idk who gets the bigger cut but taking advantage of people trying to hold on to a memory of their youth and their accomplishments is shameful.
The Grad Team was very thorough, and everything was well put together and we smoothly.
The digital package prices are absolutely ridiculous! We only wanted ONE picture and no prints

I didn’t realize we would have to pay for pictures, if this would’ve been advertised, it would have been easier to plan money wise. The photos- even the digital versions are pretty pricey and this wasn’t an expense I was expecting.
There weren't many pictures taken of me. I would have ordered the photo book, but again there weren't enough pictures of me in my cap and gown to order the book.

Product and service was great.
The pictures were pricey. It was difficult to cut the wallets because you couldnt clearly see the line between pictures. The online order form has a space for a discount code, but I wasn't offered any discounts.

I never received the digital images I ordered.
The packages to purchase the prints could use some adjusting with what is given and how pricey it is. Also, I feel that more backgrounds should be available for the prints. I wish some more touch ups could be done without having to pay extra but I understand why that’s necessary for your business.

I ordered an 11x14 picture and ended up with a 10x14 picture. This has caused extra spending due to no being able to find a frame to frame it in.
I have photos of the measurements of the photo, very dissatisfied.
To have someone there to straight the persons cords, cap, tassel, and regalia right before the picture.

We took 2 pictures at each stationed area. They said give a thumbs up and it looks dumb. Now most of my 10 for $200 downloaded pictures look sillly.
Verbalize and stress that graduation hats can't be worn during pictures at Alumni night. To stress everyone knows to have hair on point and attire for head shot appropriate so it won't be a waste.

I like the plaques, although the title sign was a bit crooked. I enjoy the outcome of the photos provided. I also appreciate the given opportunity to be able to order the photos, as I wasn’t able to afford them at the exact time that they were first taken. I appreciate the offer kept to extend me a second chance. Thank You!
