The post-stage photo op felt too rushed and lacked direction, resulting in poor photos. I suggest having a photographer take pictures before the ceremony while participants are waiting in line to walk across the stage. This would utilize our waiting time and eliminate the stressful rush.
I was very disappointed with the delivery of the photo. The photos were placed in the mailbox bent.
Lighting was good and quick turnaround once i ordered
I was really hoping for good pics as my son walked across the stage since we were so far away - and a good pic at the end but they are not good at all.

When I received my order it was packaged in a paper envelope with just a thin piece of card cardstock. It was wet as well as being bent and photos were ruined. I called customer service, who were very responsive, and asked for pics of how the photos arrived. I had taken pics because I was so disappointed and so I sent them right after our phone conversation. I also indicated that as long as they were going to have to reprint, could they please print them on regular paper. I was told that that would be no problem and that yes, the description is somewhat misleading. I paid extra for the "pearl finish" because I thought it would be more of a matte, non-glare finish, but instead I found it was a super glossy finish which is exactly what I thought I was paying extra to avoid.
My new photos arrived packaged much more securely (good job), but to my disappointment, they were in the SAME "pearl" glossy finish.
If you are truely interested in making things right, would you please reprint my order on a non-glossy paper?
The prices for the pictures, not being organised, running late, letting all students leave before time to leave. It looked so ghetto seeing classmates leave before the turning of the tassels. It was horrible no type of communication at all!
Picture quality that I purchased was poor. Obviously photo shopped , very disappointing. A full or partial refund would be nice. Very expensive for something that I wasn’t satisfied with.
Most were great. The only thing we really weren’t pleased with was the extra we paid for the one edited picture, because it still looked basically the same.
It was quick and efficient to obtain the photos we wanted.

Everyone I met was very kind and open to taking photos, but I'm just a little sad about the quality of the photos. The lighting wasn't very professional; it turned out quite dark and just not very good. I'm not sure if this is because of the lack of editing or the lighting in the center, but I just wasn't too happy with it. It would have been helpful if they had balanced the lighting in the editing. The quality of the photos wasn't the best either. I could have gotten just as good, if not better, photos using my phone and saved myself the $150 I spent on photos. The prices were very high, which I expected. However, if I'm paying that much for 4 photos, I expect them to at least be good quality and have decent lighting. All in all, I just think there is room for improvement.
The price for three pictures is too high
I was glad that you had some I could afford. I was able to get a couple of them so my granddaughter could have to show her children one day.
Portrait was washed out with flash.

Quality & speed of delivery
The photos were absolutely amazing but the prices were so insanely high! $100 for 3 digital downloads is more expensive than anywhere I've ever seen. I think a survey on the pricing would be necessary.
Pretty expensive for candid photos, options were limiting, digital downloads too expensive. One reasonable price to download all is what I expected. Truly.

Great pics!
There was a light behind the backdrop in many photos making the photo awkward. Wish the touch up on that mistake would have not extrude more expenses on a rather expensive package.
