One of the pictures ordered was half sky!! Horrible photography!! Which you couldn’t see under the proof letters online!!
Good afternoon. I had the pleasure of reviewing my son's graduation pictures on 06-03-2025. Shortly thereafter I had a personal medical emergency and was unable to download the pictures. I paid $103.85. Would it be possible for you to help me retrieve them? I would be ever so grateful. My son's name is Eustice Last name removed. pictures were not good quality. My daughter's pictures came out with her eyes closed on both shots. Maybe making some edits like making sure eyes are open if you want customers to purchase pictures.
There were many reminder texts/emails AFTER we made a purchase.
I was disappointed with how the photos were delivered. Although they were not taken in a photographer studio, they could have been delivered in a folder one received profession photos in. Also, there could have been more protection (cardboard) to prevent creases from handling. For the price of these packages, it would have made the presentation better and I would be much more likely to want to purchase it again for my other children in the coming years. What I received in the mail looked extremely cheap and unprofessional. A little effort would go a long way.

My graduate was one of the first students to arrive at the Armory on graduation day, and none of the photographers seemed engaged. She asked if she looked OK (if hair was OK, if cap was OK, etc. because she knew Mom wanted a decent pic) and there was no response. Just a quick photo was snapped, and that was it. The photos were awful. You can tell she wasn't really ready for the photo. I bought the photos only because it was such a special occasion - not because they are good. They could have been so much better if the photography staff had been positive, engaged, and helpful. But they weren't. Very disappointing. Lots of money for a picture my graduate hates (and begged me NOT to purchase).
Also, terrible pictures of the graduates walking into the ceremony. If you are going to take those pictures, make sure to tell the grads and be ready for each and every graduate.
The photos taken of the students receiving the diploma are pretty bad, too.
Overall, bad photography.
The only picture of me getting my diploma, my eyes were closed!
The pictures are very blurry, not at all what I was expecting from a company that takes pictures.

I would have loved a duo photo done in a frame to hang on the wall. The only option I found for a duo photo was in slate, which I received.
However, the product came out beautiful!
Improve the prices or give more for the price
Picture was very blurry
wish we had gone with a regular photo, instead of the more enhanced version which is glowy, shiny and enamel like. There should be some kind of example on your website that shows the same photo printed with the three finishes, so customers can compare.
The photo inside of our special tassel shadowbox is blurry and we would like to replace it with one. That’s actually in focus. Or give us a refund for the photograph for the photograph and we’ll replace it with our own.

It could have been my fault at check out. But I would have thought the pictures could have been edited more looks more like a photo without editing. Overall okay. The magnet photo the magnet was crooked. But glad I was able to pick a descent one out of all that was available I did wanted to pick another one but it had other individuals in it and couldn’t crop it. Thanks
My son graduated from college this past May. I was excited to be able to purchase a photo of him holding his diploma and his cap and gown right after graduating. Sadly, his photo was blurry. I reached out to customer service and was told there were no other options. I am surprised that a photography company would not at least take two photos just to make sure the eyes are open or one is not blurry. There was a separate photo of him, shaking hands with the president, but I preferred just a photo of him alone like most parents would. I am giving this review a four because they did respond quickly and gave me a refund on the photo I ordered. Sadly, the moment is gone.
Several of my grad photo options were clear, fabulous photos of other grads that showed me in the background. The photos that centered me were often blurry. I was very disappointed by the quality of my photo options and ultimately picked “the three least bad” photos — not the kind of decision-making criteria I had hoped for from such a significant event (and at such a steep per-photo price, yikes!)
The prices are really high.
The ordering process is easy. The quality of the finished product is very nice.
The pricing is CRIMINAL. This is insane. Absolutely feels like a scheme.
