The photos were nice, but the 8 x 10 photo arrived bent in half vertically. The 5 x 7 photos were fine but the 8x10 is permanently damaged.

I haven't received the photo prints to this day, and I've written several times without anyone responding to my complaint.
If you're paying sixty bucks just to get your name off of the photo.So I can download it, that's ridiculous.That's why you got the score you got from me.Cause I have not received a photo from you.And that's what I thought I was getting, so thank you, and no, thank you
Loved the video of the graduation—especially as we couldn’t really see it from our seats. The pictures than before and those of the procession into the hall were great! Really happy with the quality. Pricing was fair too
The print copies I received of the photographs were very dark and did not reflect the overall quality I saw in the digital copies. I was really disappointed when I saw their poor quality.

You didn't take the red eye out of our photo. It is insane for you to try and charge for that. What ever happened to good customer service. That happened because of your camera not ours. That should be free. I will not support Grad Team again because that's taking advantage of people.
I ordered 3 5x7 pictures. I spent $31.00 and these pictures had to be trashed as they were terrible quality. I emailed and emailed and never received a response. I finally found a phone number and called. I was told they are working short handed and they would look Into it. I sent pictures of what I received. I waited weeks and never heard back from the grad team. After weeks of emailing again I was told they would replace thw pictures and send me 2 free 8x10 pictures. This is a very unprofessional business and I have reported that to the college where the pictures were taken.
Unbelievably expensive photos. For an event with thousands of people, you should be able to afford to only make a few dollars off of each of us. Instead we all felt disgusted and ripped off when we saw the price of our pictures. The pictures were fine, just unreasonably expensive

The photographer was rude and rushing me, so much so that my photo was in motion. Ruined a once in a lifetime moment that I can never get back.
Almost impossible for parents to get a good graduation moment shot and our daughters was great and she loved it.
The set of 4 magnets I ordered for $40 showed up to be printed so dark that you could barely see the detail on the magnet. Also, I expected them to be printed magnets, not a small black magnet hot glued asymmetrically to the back of a piece of sheet metal. Barely sticks to the fridge. Overall, I cannot believe I paid $40 for a piece of crap that not only looks horrific but also isn't functional.

Increasing the capture volume from 2–3 frames to a continuous burst during the peak parts of graduation would significantly elevate the graduate’s experience. A higher density of shots mitigates the risk of closed eyes or awkward micro-expressions and ensures every graduate has multiple high-quality, viable options
Purchasing just one photo
The photographer did not tell me my tassle was messed up and it looked bad in my grad photos and I can never retake my photos again and will forever have a messed up tassle in my grad photo.

Photos that were taken with professors shows students and professors in green gowns, they were wearing black gowns. Why change the color?
