I really appreciated the photos and some of the edits that were done, but I was kind of disappointed at the lack of options between purchasing three and six digital photos. I only wanted four of the photos, but the cost of a package of three photos and adding an additional one was more than just purchasing a package of six. Would have been nice to have other options at a lower cost.
It took too long to get notification of when photos were ready to view and purchase. We had to reach out several times.
Rip off for digitals

The picture quality was not good. These prints were expensive and pictures, especially the ones that were glossy were poor quality. Also one of the pictures was bent when arrived.
The shipping took a long time. And unfortunately, my son left the state for his new job before they even came in.
The quality of the photos are amazing and the prices are good also.
Called twice about my pictures that I paid for months ago and still have not received them
I was surprised by the cost of JPG photos but thankful for all the photographers' expertise and joining us to celebrate our achievements.
The picture was too dark
Our frame was damaged beyond repair upon arrival. I really didnt want to make a fuss because things like that happen but this was a special picture. We reached out to Grad Team and explained the situation. Customer service responded to us immediately and resolved the matter.
Great quality and ease of ordering. The shipping was fast too.

I purchased 3 prints. The one I liked best when I was on your website, which was taken while I was still on the floor waiting to go onstage, actually turned out blurry and grainy as a print. I couldn't tell that it was actually out of focus that badly looking at it on my monitor. I also purchased the one that you took while I was holding the diploma folder. This was the shot I really wanted to have for graduation, but print is disappointing because the diploma cover looks faded and has finger prints all over it. Plus I'm holding it with only one hand because I had my phone in the other hand. The other pictures that were available all had me at missed moments crossing the stage (eyes closed, strange look on my face, didn't get one at all of me shaking the person's hand on stage.)
I have a suggestion for you. At the diploma photo shoot on stage I would've loved a little table (or a basket or something) that I could put my phone on so I could actually hold the diploma naturally, take the picture, and grab my phone again. We had to have our phones ready with the QR code to scan, and we don't have access to pockets while in the robe. So I just had to hold onto my phone with one hand and awkwardly hold the diploma with the other. It would also be nice if a staff person had a microfiber cloth to wipe the diploma cover down once in a while to keep it looking nice. I know things are rushed back stage, but this was my only chance to have this kind of picture taken, and it ended up being an opportunity lost.
I also was surprised at the high cost of the digital images, which is what I actually wanted to purchase. I was expecting to pay about half of what they cost. So I didn't purchase any.

Better shots or at least edit the shots better. Some are crooked from the actual ceremony.
DO NOT DO the thumbs up photo or just do 1 or 2. As a parent, I am not going to put that photo on a wall and you didn't have my son smile in any of the other photos. There are plenty of ways to create creative graduation photos that a family will put on the wall or share on social media.
Parents want natural poses of their child smiling. They need a couple of serious ones to choose from for display.
The price of the prints was over priced, especially because I was told we were not allowed to bring our own cameras into the venue. I spent $200 on high res jpegs that were raw files directly converted to jpeg, no noise cancelation or anything. So the files I received looked nothing like the ones I saw online, one of them had completely different coloring. Two photos were unusable and I can’t even print them because the quality is so bad. $200 for 10 digital files that required hours of editing on my end is ridiculous. Also, there are a lot of limitations to editing jpegs and if I had known what I was going to receive would not have been what I thought I was buying, I would have paid the extra $10 per photo for retouching. The only thing to make things right would be some money back.

I think the pictures came out great I did not think that you provided long enough for the coupon after graduation because I didn’t even see it until it was expired. I also think the pricing for digital imaging is a bit much. I also think the email campaign is a bit aggressive And could be reduced but other than that I think you guys did OK.
