The red background with the gold frame didn't have the correct format, the gold frame was on the sides and on top, but not on the bottom.
I received them in my email less than a week after graduation. Ordering was very easy. Once ordered, I received them in less than a week. The prices were reasonable also. I also ordered digital prints and they were in my email by the end of the day.
Online ordering portal was awkward and slow, especially when trying to order multiple poses and sizes. However I was very grateful for the chance to buy some close up photos of my daughter receiving her diploma, which we could not take from where we were seated. Thank you for offering this!
The product descriptions are not clear at all!
I ordered the double pic and it came on this heavy backing??? I do like it, but it was not what I wanted.

The mug I ordered was $37, and the images are not very clear and crisp. The university name is especially disappointing as the edges of the name look blurry. I expected much better for that price.

In the pics of my grandson, prior to the ceremony, his collar was turned down under his graduation gown on one side. It was in every photo. It looked really bad. A full view pic with his diploma , was another graduate standing in front of him. It was basically a pic of the other student with my grandson peaking out from behind him. This was the actual pic that I wanted but I had to get the up close pic of him with his diploma. Someone should check clothing prior to making these pics or provide a full length mirror to prevent clothing from being disheveled. I saw a woman at the ceremony straightening clothing and hats prior to them receiving their diplomas.. It’s too late to make things right for his pics. I will always be disappointed I didn’t get to choose the pic I wanted.

The website to retrieve the photos is running an outdated operating system that makes it difficult for users to navigate without glitches or other hiccups in the user interface.

I appreciate that almost 6 months later the pictures were still available to look at and order. It was hard to chose, but ended up ordering 3 to download. Downloading was easy...I almost missed the email. Also was nice to be able to crop one of the group pics.
The photos taken were over exposed. There were 6 students with overexposed photos. Luckily, for the majorty of students, the photographer must have noticed and fixed their mistake. But, the six students were not offered a chance to retake their photos.
Customer service gave me the pdf of the overexposed photos for free and a discount on the three photos that were not overexposed.
To make it truly right, we, the families of the 6 students, should get all of the pdfs of the photos for free. Your photographer was the only one allowed to take the students' photos, so we have lost an opportunity and now face disappointment.
