Photo quality, pricing, speed of delivery.
Ideally, it would have been nice to have the students take these off-stage pictures prior to the ceremony so not to have the "glare/shine" on their faces (while sitting in a hot arena) and feel rushed.
The photos appeared darker than I expected. Also while paying the extra fee for editing, it would be nice to have the option for reducing "glare/shine" on the face.
However, I was happy to have something other than my cell phone pictures.

I got couple nice pics but there are many pics that were taken with my friends that never appeared and I looked at ALL the pics

Great quality photos. Graduate was in focus, was prepared to have their picture taken, and had the key moments captured (receiving diploma, hand shake with Pres/Dean, candid shot immediately afterwards).
I would have loved a picture of myself and the President when receiving my diploma
I would like to have all my photos in digital form but I did not find that option. If you have it, please let me know the cost, and I will pay for.

You are way too expensive for the quality of photos that we received. It was highly disappointing.
I’m sorry to say so but your service has been absent—almost 100%. I bought early (on time) after you first released the images. I bought a small package but paid right away and got the downloads. With all of the image protection software (the moving image across the proof), I could not tell that one picture of my student’s face was blurry…especially around his eyes. I emailed right away through your system to ask that someone look at the image and perhaps use some graphic software to sharpen the image or at least make it good enough to use as an image (it is unusable because of the blurriness of his face). The email replied back that someone would be in touch with me. There has been NO contact—you took payment, gave me the images and NEVER followed up. I then emailed again to follow-up and heard back nothing. After a few days, I called the phone number on the email. Someone answered and said that you all had been very busy and that someone would get back to me…never heard back anything. NO image correction, no email, no call, no follow-up. I purchased on 05/31/2026, paid in full, sent an email, sent a follow-up email, called, and then waited and waited and waited. Now it’s almost too late to even send out this image in a card to family. Bad service….and I’ve given you multiple opportunities to provide good customer service. I only have the option of disputing the charge because I only got 2/3 of what I paid for….not happy. Sorry to say. -Name removed Phone number removed. It’s not too late to fix this; however, tomorrow is a month and that’s been long enough.
The process was extremely rushed. We didn't really get to set up properly for a family photo, and that's clear in the result. Yes, I bought the family photos because I want the memory, but they're very poorly staged.
Also, because of the way it was handled, I didn't really get to see my daughter walk across the stage. We were being shepherded around from the family photo session. A once in a lifetime moment . . .
Ease of selection, quality of pictures
I purchased two prints for my son's graduation at Missouri State University. When we received them the envelope was bent from being placed in a normal size mailbox. If there was a thicker cardboard included in the envelope, it would have prevented the crease in his 8x10 photo. Also, his face is blurry in both pictures. It is like the pictures focus was the flag in the background which was sharp and clear. I did email stating all this and asked how we could get to a resolution but no response yet.
That they sent reminders, and one more chance to purchase - did you forget somebody.

The rushing to purchase before discount expires, which I didn’t use. The background could have been better with AUM Graduate on the photo. They were a bit pricey given today’s economy

Very fast! My pictures came back weeks before they were supposed to. Thanks Grad Team for the quick shipping.
Well, I felt the prices were high and when I ordered two prints, I could not place the order in one transaction, which meant I had two separate transactions and had to pay shipping two times for what should have been one order. Further, when I reached out to the provided customer service address, I was told that I needed to figure out who the actual photographer was and go to them, that that your company was only the distributor or some such. I was also told no one else had this issue and was I sure I ordered correctly. AS if I have never ordered anything on line before. I found the response lacking.
I was very pleased with the wide variety of photos and the extremely fast turn around. I was incredibly impressed with how many photos that were captured of my son, considering the vast amount of students that were being photographed. The photos were excellent quality and I would definitely recommend The Grad Team.
The only minor concern that I had was that we were charged for eyeglass glare correction for the same pose with different backgrounds. As the graduate appears in front of a greenscreen and the backgrounds can easily be changed, it seemed that it was a bit pricey to have to glare removed from the same pose, just because the background changed.
I paid an extra fee for touch ups but nothing was touched, wouldn't recommend this business
It would have been nice to know the cost upfront before signing up to receive the photos

Please provide more options in purchasing individual photos. Perhaps offer each individual photo as an al a carte option.
