Observing intentional racist behaviors exhibited through activities many may overlook is why I am giving this score. From the day we took the photos to receiving them. Stop hiring people who hold racist and bigoted ideals.
The price for 3 digital photos was a bit outrageous. We also had a family photo taken, and in one of them, my husband's eyes were closed, and I disliked quite a few of the photos. I understand there were a lot of graduates to take photos of, but I was just unhappy with the results.
I actually paid for the lustre coating on one of my 5x7 pics because you suggested it would look best but I don’t like it all and truly wish I could have that photo re printed with just a regular coating.
One of the pictures was of another graduate with just a sliver of my daughter showing.

On My 9th my son graduated from South Dakota School of Mines. On May 12th I ordered the 99.95 package of three photos, the most important being the photo of him receiving his diploma. Once we downloaded the purchased photos we were entirely disappointed to see how blurry the "receiving diploma" photo is. You can't tell this from the online proofs when ordering. I immediately sent an email to Email address removed and Email address removed to see if there is something that can be done to improve the sharpness and clarity of the photo. On May 12th I received the reply: Your request has been received, and is being reviewed by our support staff. Our support staff will reply back to you soon." It's been 16 days now. Still no reply.
The diploma photo IS the reason we paid for the professional photography, but the result is certainly not professional, and the follow up to our inquiry receiving no response now 16 days later leaves me more than disappointed. What did I pay for? Something needs to be done to address this. Soon.
Ease of use and very nice photos.
Last year when my son graduated I got 3 fantastic photos. This year for his masters they were a pure disappointment. I’m sure it’s hard to get all the kids, but darn. I was so hopeful. I bought one that was meh.

I have emailed repeatedly about my photos. I saw them on my phone and it looked like I had red hair in the pictures, but I thought it might just be a difference in my screen, and after looking at the purchased photos on my laptop, I saw that I still had red hair and for some reason, all of my freckles had miraculously disappeared. I asked if I could get copies of my photos that show my actual dark brown hair color and my freckles, and no one has responded at all. Now I’m going to dispute the charge with my bank since I can’t get anyone to email me back after repeatedly emailing the company. This is not at all what I would expect from a company that takes pictures of such a monumental moment in someone’s life. I am incredibly disappointed.
The photos were very nice. They took photos that we couldn't. Which really is appreciated. They mailed them immediately after ordering. I didn't have to wait.
I received our photos in a timely manner. The bundle we ordered was great. Pictures came out spectacular.
The look of the digital proofs were of better quality than what I received printed. The digital versions were super cute and I couldn't wait to share with family. The prints I received were not up to par so they went into a tote.
Easy to use, good quality
Disappointed in the photographer with no assistant. tassel picture was across his face for the lifetime of his accomplishments, someone should have looked into the lense and said “hey, can we move his tassel of his face for his photo?” bUT no one did and no one offered free photoshop removal of it for free. We called and asked, they saidnwe could charge you to fix it and send it to you, then said we’ll fix it for free and we’ve NEVER received it. The one diploma he’s going to receive and I haven’t a good picture of him, shame on you!
