Stop emailing and texting incessantly. Also, I made a purchase, I'd like to not be emailed anymore after that. Otherwise, I thought the pictures were great and it is nice that your team was able to get so close and get such wonderful pictures that I could never get.

I ordered my photo mid-June, paid the money, but did not receive my photo.
I didn't like having people in the background of my son's images and the prices were too expensive.

Honestly to charge that much for photos is pretty crazy. Tution for an externship that the student if to provide their own space to live, transportation and food is crazy. You still charged us full tuition for the hospital to teach my daughter and fees for campus provided amenities that she was not able to take part of being in a different state. Then charges $100+ for photos is pretty wild. It’s a shame that your a great school that penny pinches students to put up stupid sculptures instead of provided students with a good education and a little break money wise. I know you don’t care what people think so this kind of survey is a waste truly.

The photo was printed very dark compared to the sample we ordered from. I will have to have it lightened.
On the handshake photo my daughter wasn’t even looking at the chancellor. Her face looked strange. At least make sure the important photos are taken well
Products are great. I just wish the digital packages were less expensive.
The picture was rushed and there should be at least 2-3 pictures to choose from. Also, walking the stage pics should not be done from the floor.

The price seems awful high for what you get and then to want more to do any touch up is not right for the price paid. Yes taken by a professional but you are not getting professional pictures for the price paid.
