Great quality and variety
Photos are not great and very expensive.
For the cost of the pictures, it’s strange to see them packaged so poorly. Two of my larger pics were bent.
Ordering was easy and I received my photos quickly. They were high quality as well.
I have never received the pictures
I am still waiting for my centered photos.
I signed up to have my photos from the DSW hooding from Friday, May 15 and my photos were not available. I only was given access to May 16 for doctoral hooding. I would really like my photos from May 15. I know I pre-signed up for that date.
The rooms was disfruta the pillow cases hart dirt on them . A lot of bugs I. The room and the tiles in the bathrooms need fixed .
I wish if we were purchasing a photo we could get the same pose with different backgrounds included in the download cost. It seems silly to have the exact same photo with just a more formal background cost the same to purchase twice. We wanted some more formal and some with the fun high school background and that would be a significant cost. Think about offering that at a discounted rate.
The proofs were great. However, when I received my pictures, the 10x14 picture I ordered, the picture wasn't centered correctly. I sent an email and a "case" was opened, but that was 10 days ago, and I haven't heard back from anyone since then. For this reason, I am giving the company a 6.
I felt it was a bit an organize, especially the graduation.
Way too expensive. You should know graduation is already expensive and for things to be that expensive…it’s insane. But your delivery is fast and pics are cute.
Timeline and back drop selection and alignment. Some of the backdrops made it appear the graduate had Mickey Mouse ears or the wording coming out of their ears.
Capture a picture of the graduate receiving the diploma and shaking hands with the presenter of the diploma.

Incredibly expensive and unwilling to work with students so that they might be able to afford photos.
The pictures was too dark
Picture quality wasnt good at all for what I paid for. Its very obvious a picture was taken then blow up. Too many pixels. I have another son graduating next year and I won't be using your service.
My pictures arrived damaged. I've emailed and redirected no response back.
I think the website is hard to use; however, the actual photos and quality are great.
The pictures are beautiful and it took no time to receive them.
One of the 3 pictures I purchased was shot out of focus. Also, all 3 pictures are low quality jpegs. Disappointing.
