Up to date clinical recommendations
Pics not taken w correct lighting or when you were even looking. Walking across stage, 2 people in shot, couldn't locate my photos. Do better. That's a huge event in someone's life and you're missing the mark.
Very well run program and easy to order! You got a good picture of our girl. I was watching how the grad lined up and you had helpers to get them all set up for a good shot.
The pictures were so-so.
The quality of photos offered by Grad Team from my cohort's graduation ceremony was poor. My friends and family produced much better quality individual and group photos at different ranges with their phones than your photographer with professional-grade tools. I will not be ordering any photos from Grad Team for this event, and I will advise others to be cautious about engaging Grad Team for the same reasons. Price discounts will not fix the photos. Train and vet your photographers, and review their work.
There were a number of finish options available, matte versus glossy and whether you wanna do institution name at the bottom and how you wanted that name
Pictures turned out amazing.
I ordered a video package and have never received it. I told my kids I didn’t have to worry about taking a video because I ordered that package. When I asked information about it, I was told go dig out all my information that I had submitted about it. All of this seems quite disorganized to me.
Nothing much, truly. With the number of people, sometimes technical issues don't allow the best shots.
Coming to the school and doing the photos was great, the pictures came out so well!
The picture quality was very good and clear, the lighting of the picture was good, everything came out very well.
Everything was well organized and great pictures were captured.
It was tricky to record for my family because the name didn’t match the video on the big screen. So it was frustrating and it was super rushed

High quality professional pictures.
Only improvement if it were possible but better candid photos of the grads. My grad had some great pics but there were a lot of other unknown folks in the shot. I really don’t want pic of strangers on my walls. I do love the candids but many I just wouldn’t order. This is so much better though than when I graduated 20+ years ago so I feel bad complaining.

My husband purchased as a gift for me the mug with a picture of myself and the KU Jayhawk! It was so precious and turned out amazing! So amazing I will never use it just display it!
I returned myself to purchase multiple 4X6 prints to frame of my graduation! I love them and they are not only special but taken during priceless moments that I will cherish always-and with your photos... I will have forever!

The big one 8x10 was bent at the top so I kept it under few books to straigten completely.
Also top corner of the package was bit wet but luckily it didn't affect the pic.
quick, fast, easy to use
I haven’t received my pictures yet, I ordered them on November 3rd.
The photos were overpriced and the photographer taking my actual grad photo was clearly in a hurry. The photo was not good quality.
I was very impressed with the entire experience. Everyone one of the Purdue Global representatives made us feel welcome and special (as did everyone in West Lafayette).
At one point, while waiting to take the stage, I had two people working on my regalia to make sure I looked my best. It all really felt special, which it was.
And when I received the email about the photographs, I discovered that you had hired ninja photographers to capture candid photos of us. There was even a pic of me in front of the World's Largest Drum (may favorite photo), while a was posing for a cell-phone pic. .
