Extremely expensive, too expensive for the average student.
Using the digital platform, I could the exactly what I wanted.

Start a the cheapest photo option up front. So many people see the first price for digital and leave. I finally found the print pricing the third time I received a message.
The photographers were nice, but that was about it. The photos are extremely overpriced for what you’re getting and they felt too rushed.

The pictures that I received were of poor quality - they look fuzzy, not clear - I have gotten better pictures from a Santa visit that were printed on the spot. My child was not centered in several of the images I purchased as downloads and I could not crop them online to center her - I will try to do that with the downloads.
Is Marcel the quality of the pictures of the pictures himself of what I disliked there were only two pictures that were decent the others my mouth was open or laughing or talking so I didn’t have the best pictures to choose from
The video clip of our students walk across the stage was cut short.
The magnets I bought made the students eyes black from touchups I assume.
But they are king of expensive!

I am extremely disappointed with this company. These were my graduation photos — one of the most important days of my life — and they lost all of my pictures. These are not just photos; they are irreplaceable memories that I can never get back.
What makes this experience even worse is the lack of care and responsibility shown by the company. A graduation day is a once-in-a-lifetime milestone, and trusting a company to capture those moments should mean they value and protect them.
Losing someone’s memories because of negligence is unacceptable. I expected professionalism, care, and respect, but unfortunately I received the complete opposite. I would not recommend this company to anyone, especially for important life events that cannot be repeated.

I had a college and a high school graduate this year so I can compare 2 different companies. The company that Fossil Ridge HS used was much better. They did higher quality shots, we had trouble picking which ones to order, the college company had what looked like very rushed shots and we had trouble finding which one we liked. My mother actually asked for a different one because she did not like the one (out of 2 good ones). The website for my high schooler was also better. It was easier to navigate and offered better package combination. They also had a better selection of add-ons and their thank you cards looked much more professional. All in all very pleased with this photography service

The cost of the photos is actually insane in 2026! They should be lowered especially for those requesting digital photos especially when you can’t choose your pose and your being rushed!
Digital prints are expensive!!! My son graduated from USF two years ago and I was able to get all the digital pictures plus a video for a fraction of what you are charging.
I sent an email right after purchasing my photos that in one of the photos I purchased my graduate was out of focus and I wanted to select another image. Nobody has responded to my message about obtaining a different photo as a replacement.
To make it right, allow me to chose a different photo to replace the one where my son is not in focus. Thank you.

The frame I got is very nice.
Offer smaller & cheaper packages to choose from. And cheaper single photos or sheets.
The photo was awful. The photographer did not make sure that my son's hai, tassel and certificate was ok before taking the picture. The quality was bad. I printed better pic at Walgreens. Will not recommend or buy again
The description on the framed item I purchased was misleading. It appeared to be two small framed photos with choice of mat color and a label that could be engraved/stamped. What I got was a completely digital image and there was a hair visible under the glass so I had to take the backing off and reassemble it. I purchased two of these 10x14 items and only rec'd one. I haven't heard back yet after sending email and leaving phone message. I will file a claim on my credit card if this is not corrected soon.
Received my pictures and it’s not what I ordered. Emailed customer service weeks ago and still no response! Terrible. Will never use again.
They were prompt in sending a new photo out that was delivered with a crease.
I liked the purchase options
A graduation is a once in a lifetime event and the photos we received to commemorate this event were awful. In the photo capturing my graduate the WRONG NAME and photo in the background were displayed. In the photo of my graduate standing with the two professors, one of the professors was looking off to the left. Neither of those photos were professional and the company/ school in charge should have done a much better job at capturing this important event. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend either.
First of all the prices for the quality of the pictures were outrageous. The lighting was a complementary to other students of different background and color. And the resolution and quality of the picture isn’t necessarily something you want to invest in on your special day.
And once again, the pricing of the pictures and variety of different angles when crossing the stage to shake hands with the president or different backgrounds to choose from, we’re definitely not up to par in today’s technology.
If it wasn’t for the moment of graduating, I definitely wouldn’t have bought the pictures.
