Really appreciated Gary's help getting a bike transferred from another store in time to give our son for Christmas. He took time to answer our questions, explaining the benefits of purchasing through you all, and his customer service was top notch. When. We picked up the bike, the gentleman was equally helpful in pointing out all the features, adjusting the seat, and making sure the accessories were added. We left feeling like we were part of the family and will definitely return and/or recommend in the future.

Great service for my E-bike. Victoria is awesome!
Service department took all the time I needed to explain about repairs and told me honestly if the cost of repairs were worth it for such an old bike. I decided to make the repairs since the bike had sentimental value. I admire that rather than try to make a sale, the service rep gave me the details to make an informed decision. Will go to this store for all my future biking needs.

The service guys were so helpful! I would give them 20 stars! My autistic 7 year old son needed stabilizers on his bike; and I tried to put them on properly, but couldn’t. I took them here; and they were so helpful and quickly fixed the stabilizers on the bike for me within 2 hours! My little boy was so happy to have his new bike to ride with the weather still warm. I highly recommend this location!!!
