Aside from the products, the customer service was amazing. Brian was so thorough with explaining our options. He made sure we understood how to choose the correct bike size. He explained difference in frame size, style, brands, upgrades and all. We purchased 3 TREK Marlin 7 gen 3 in this visit so knowing we were taking the correct ones was crucial. Brian made sure to sell us the bike that was right for us not focusing on selling for the money.
Tom’s bicycle maintenance class at the Prosper, TX Bike Mart was great. You could tell that he had great expertise on the subject.

Both times were were in store, to select and then to pickup the bike, were great experiences. Both sales associates were extremely kind with my 8 year old son while he chose his bike. They were patient, positive, and made him feel special on both occasions. If you are looking for people to grow both your sales and the sport, you’re nailing it. 10/10.
