Bike Mart Prosper is a great place to purchase and get service on your bikes. Both Salespersons and Service Techs are very professional and knowledgeable. Owner Ken Smith and the salespeople that we worked with, Cameron and Matt, are very helpful and have the best interest for the customers.
Ryan was great. He not only fixed my tire, but took the time to make a couple of adjustments and suggestions that made my ride easier.

We needed repair on two bikes. The service department was very courteous and explained the options for the needed repairs. They thoroughly inspected the bicycles, explained the repair options, and gave us a few options for the most cost effective repairs.
I would highly recommend this bike shop for repairs or the purchasing of new bikes.

The guy at the repair desk (forgot his name) was kind and helpful. He helped educate me about the part that had broken on my bike and called other stores to find a specific part. He gave me several different options that were all really good. I felt like he was really honest with me and it was very chill vibes. Plus, I was greeted and aided pretty quickly upon entering the store. Store was clean, organized, and calm atmosphere.
Always very helpful and knowledgeable about the products they carry. We have bought multiple bikes from them and have had them service the bikes as well. Everyone is very professional and welcoming.
