Went to 2 stores and they didn't have what I needed. Visited Bike Mart and before I started searching an employee asked if he could help. Yes, he took me directly to the product. I shouldn't have wasted my time at closer stores.

I love the fact they take the time to make sure you buy the right bike for you. I’ve tested many bikes before I made the decision. When I picked up my bike they took the time again to make sure that the bike fitted perfectly. Matthew helped me with everything and provided a lots of extra information that helps me with my first triathlon.

they had a good selection of bikes for my 10 yr old grandson. I called ahead and when I arrived with my grandson, they had the bikes pulled from the racks and ready for us to test ride. Staff was very helpful and understood what would be important in purchasing a bike for a 10yr old boy. They helped us coordinate test rides with another store location to see bikes that were not in stock at the Prosper location.
