I had a great experience at Bike Mart! The customer service was excellent, and the turnaround time was impressively fast. Honestly, I was a bit hesitant at first because I assumed their clientele mostly consisted of serious or professional cyclists. I didn’t think they’d be interested in repairing my 9-year-old grandson’s bike, which is far from high-end.
But when I called ahead to explain, they were incredibly kind and welcoming—no hesitation at all. They encouraged me to bring it in. Although the initial pickup date was scheduled for a Saturday, the bike was ready in just a day or two. To top it off, they even rolled the bike out and loaded it into my car for me. That level of service really stood out. I truly appreciated their help!

Great selection. Limited product on the floor to look through options, but lots of inventory available. Lots on the floor looks cluttered so I know why you don't do that.

When I walked in, I was greeted by Andy, who was very helpful and eager to get my bike fixed. I brought my bike in to get flat tire fixed, and while he was there, looking at my bike, brought out his tools from his back pocket and fixed my wiggly handlebars very very helpful very pleased. I thank you Bike Mart for everything you guys do.

Cameron did a great job helping us get the proper fit on a pair of Shimano cycling shoes, and the pedals we needed to use with them. He did not rush us and listened to our questions and concerns.
