I dealt with Ryan in the repair area. He was so very courteous knowledgeable and friendly! He analyzed the issue immediately and relayed to me what he an do and when I could pick it back up. I did so and it was ready just like he said. When he greeted me, he said my wife's Motobecane was ready adn then promptly brought it around. The BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!

Staff is friendly and attentive; the work is good and for service they didn’t recommend replacing tires when I though they needed to be replaced.
Bike Mart went above and beyond for me. I brought in my road bike wanting to convert it into a gravel setup, and the staff absolutely nailed it. They were hands-on, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely friendly throughout the whole process. They helped me understand the best options, got the bike set up exactly how I needed it, and made sure everything felt right before I left. The whole experience felt personal, not rushed or transactional. I walked out with a bike that feels ready for a completely new style of riding, and I could not be happier with the service.
