Bike Mart exceeded my expectations when I left my bike with them for a long overdue tune up. They had it ready when they told me it would be ready, and when I took my bike on a test ride, it was like a new bike. It seemed all the friction I was accustomed to was gone. I'm very pleased!
Both bikes are riding really smooth and work was done in timeframe given.
Also had Steven show us some bikes and are planning on making a couple of purchases this spring.

We were buying a bike for our 6 year old grandson and spoke to many of the staff. Each person listened to what we and he had to say about the type of bike he wanted. They all (at least 3) listened and were so attentive and made sure everyone felt great about the bike he was getting. Love the team and their customer interactions.

Andy on the service team was awesome and the team on the floor was very helpful. Andy walked me walk through the bike and pointed out some key things to take care of and worked with my budget to share some things that could be taken care of in the future.
The team on the floor was patient with my kids while I worked with the service team, letting them enjoy the experience as well. I’ll be bringing my bike back to bike mart in the future for sure. Thanks everyone!
