I had an amazing experience at Bike Mart. Brian was more than helpful getting me fitted for a bike, giving me a ton of information and getting me completely comfortable with a purchase. My car was not big enough to transport the bike and I live very close. Brian personally dropped the bike off after he closed up the store. 100/10 customer service and experience.

Brian at the 380/423 location was so nice to work with. He went above and beyond to help my daughter feel comfortable on a bike she was trying. He explained a lot about the bike, building confidence for my daughter, and explained the maintenance program. We ultimately purchased the bike and when I picked it up, I bought one for myself too. We'll be back as I'm looking at an Izip for my son.

When picking up our bike order, Brian Wright was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to go over all of the features and answer questions we had. He was patient and kind, which are qualities that are hard to find sometimes. The custom bikes were made to our specifications, and we are pleased with the product as well.

Andy was great. I thought I heard a sound coming from my forks. He serviced the forks, headset and even the seat, which was getting a bit creaky. On the phone he asked, ”Do you weight 100 pounds? That’s what your fork was set to?!” That got a laugh.
Also, I had adjusted my seat far far back on the rails. Although the shop was busy, he took some time to discuss that with me and I left with a new longer stem and some carbon bars with a rise. Carbon part was affordable at $159. I was surprised. This effectively gave me a more comfortable ride. No need to force my seat so far back since the stem and bars claimed back the inches.
Best part of this visit to the shop was that he only charged for the original $30 labor to fix the fork noise. Got it home and saw he had shortened the bars and somehow the bike just looks cooler with the oversized clamp and riser bar. Thank you, Andy and Bike Mart!

Matt spent almost 40-50 minutes answering my questions and to make sure that i am well equipped for my rides. Bike mart is the only place i go for my bike needs. I used to go to richardson but now prosper location is close by so i go here.
