Great customer service and made our rental super easy
We were buying a bike for our 6 year old grandson and spoke to many of the staff. Each person listened to what we and he had to say about the type of bike he wanted. They all (at least 3) listened and were so attentive and made sure everyone felt great about the bike he was getting. Love the team and their customer interactions.

Andy on the service team was awesome and the team on the floor was very helpful. Andy walked me walk through the bike and pointed out some key things to take care of and worked with my budget to share some things that could be taken care of in the future.
The team on the floor was patient with my kids while I worked with the service team, letting them enjoy the experience as well. I’ll be bringing my bike back to bike mart in the future for sure. Thanks everyone!

Stephen in the service department was very helpful and very thorough when he worked on my bike he helped me make decisions on how I should proceed in restoring my bikes. I can consider him to be very professional and very courteous. I can’t express enough how much I appreciated his help.
They changed both tubeless tires and tape in just a couple hours. I was shocked at the speed.

Great service, BikeMart went over and above on everything! Matthew was very helpful showing me everything about my new bike. He also got me fitted and the rack installed on my car. This was my first bike so he took the time getting all the accessories lined up for me as well so I will be trail-ready!! Couldnt recommend them enough!

I brought my bike in for repairs and was informed they wouldn’t be opening until noon due to inclement weather. Despite this, they welcomed me in two hours early and repaired my bike promptly while I waited. This will be my go-to shop, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of an excellent bike shop.
