I had a great experience at Bike Mart! The customer service was excellent, and the turnaround time was impressively fast. Honestly, I was a bit hesitant at first because I assumed their clientele mostly consisted of serious or professional cyclists. I didn’t think they’d be interested in repairing my 9-year-old grandson’s bike, which is far from high-end.
But when I called ahead to explain, they were incredibly kind and welcoming—no hesitation at all. They encouraged me to bring it in. Although the initial pickup date was scheduled for a Saturday, the bike was ready in just a day or two. To top it off, they even rolled the bike out and loaded it into my car for me. That level of service really stood out. I truly appreciated their help!
