Colton H was fantastic in helping us pick a bike for my daughter. He was not pushy, knowledgeable, and very patient with us. My daughter who is 5 was not the easiest to work with due to her crying when she thought we would trade in her old bike. Yes we were planning to but that is how things work out with kids.
Knowledgeable repair staff - took my ideas into account when I presented them. When talking about a drivetrain upgrade, they suggested 1 x 10. I found some ideas and they were able to make it work. Great bike is now even better.
