Do not remember the name of the technician who helped me but, he was super nice and very fast in repairing my son's bike and saving me a trip to the store again. He replaced the brake cable, adjusted the front wheel, and adjusted both brakes. I love Bike mart. The repair cost was very reasonable.

The gentleman that helped me with my bike purchase was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He even lifted the seat and installed the water bottle holder before we left the store at no additional charge.

The staff goes out of their way to make sure you’re happy. I recently ordered a bike, and there was a slight delay that was due to weather. The staff apologized as if it was their fault. This is the third bike I’ve purchased from them and they have never disappointed me.
