I like walking into a store and seeing familiar people and they call you by name. When I bought my first bike, Blaise took his time and asked me what I wanted to do riding wise and got me the perfect bike…I paid way more than I planned but it was worth it and have since purchased two additional bike from him! His original store is gone and Colton has the same customer focused service that Blaise, who I now consider a friend, made me used to at Bike Mart.
They looked at my brand new bike which I bought it from online and did break adjustment on its disks , the person at the service desk went above and beyond explaining right way of use of the gears , and adjusted my seat per my hight all free of charge , I wanted to buy a jack stand for it online but I changed my mind and bought it from the store , nice place, nice crews .
Customer service is superior, as is the knowledge and professionalism of service staff.
The people that work here are great. They are always friendly and always helpful and knowledgeable. They also have a good selection of clothing, which is big around here with the weather changing every 5 minutes.
Cameron was very knowledgeable and helpful. He showed us several options and explained each one. This bike was a big jump from our granddaughter's current bike. It's just perfect, and she loves riding it. The added flashing red light makes me more at ease when she's riding.
