I needed a quick tuneup for a 100 mile ride this weekend. Without question they told me to stop by and they would take a look even though it was near closing. They took it in right away and started working on it. They explained some things that I should do and gave me some well needed advice for my race. They also provided some suggestions for product that I was looking for without trying to oversell me.

People are friendly and the guys that do the bike repair work are excellent. One request—when you change the position of the seat on a bike, please put it back to the position it was originally. Not everyone is tall. Some riders need the seat lowered to the lowest position possible so they can reach the pedals. This is a safey issue. The seat position has to be tight.
