Broad selection but most of all the service and personal attention given to the customer. When I or anyone else that I've seen in the store are in person or on the phone they are the most important person in the world.
Great staff and bikes
My service technician was awesome! He made recommendation about tire/tube/tubeless setup when new back rubber needed. He also helped me select new pedals which are working well. I was also given a correct and helpful answer when I called for installation advice (the left pedal is a left-handed thread).
My only complaint, and reason for 9 rating not 10, is the new location. I live near Ohio and Legacy in Plano, and the Prosper location is no longer feasible for me.
Great people and service. I have bought my last three bikes from bike mart. One cannot ask for a better bike shop.
The only problem is they moved to the land of roundabouts.
