While I actually bought the bike online it was Colton that helped with making it what I needed. Changing from a 1x to a traditional 2x and helping me widen my gear ratio significantly. Additionally he was instrumental in understanding some needs for a non traditional geometry due to the significant amount of surgeries and hardware I have in my body. I’m so glad he decided to come back to BM after a short time away.
They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain to us some things about E-bikes that we were not told when we purchased the bike. We will be using them for all of our e-bike needs going forward.
