I brought my son's bike in for service, and they quickly fixed it. They also honored the warranty on a bike bell I had purchased previously, replacing it free of charge when the old one stopped working.
Additionally, I bought a "new" used bike for my other child. The sales rep provided excellent customer service, helping me choose the right bike, pick out a few accessories—a bell and a kickstand—and remove the training wheels before I took it home.
I was very happy with my visit, as they took care of all my bike needs that day. The customer service was friendly and helpful throughout.
