Everytime I go into this Bike Mart location I am greeted by David. David has help me with road cycling and mountain bikes. His knowledge and teaching is very trusting. I highly recommend this Bike Mart location. I also ran into Alison Tetrick last time is was there. Very fun experience. She was amazing.

When I bought a new pair of cycling shoes, Gary offered to put my old cleats on my new shoes as I said I did not want to buy new ones. He installed them and then I decided since I live so far from the store, I would go ahead and buy the new cleats. He offered to install them and I told him I would do it some time in the future. The next day I chose to install them and they were the wrong cleat for my pedal set. I made the 100 mile round trip to the store to get the right cleat. The lady that helped me was very helpful and friendly. She not only found the right cleat but she installed them for me. Afterwards she asked me to ride my bike around the back of the store to be sure they were positioned properly. It needed to be adjusted and she gladly made the adjustment and now they are perfect.

David Woolcock was very friendly and helpful as he listened to my plight. I was looking to fix up my trusty 15 year old Frankenbike. He helped me see that it would be more cost effective to get a new bike (which I had been wanting to do anyway… twist my arm right?) he helped direct me to the new selection of mountain bikes that really tickled my fancy and boy am I glad that I did!!! I went with the giant Fathom 29 2 in large frame size . Terracotta color and it is gorgeous. That hardtail sails like a beast on the streets. I haven’t been able to take it on the trails yet, as I just picked it up and still breaking it in - but I can’t wait to get out there I couldn’t sleep I was so excited!
