Will be back, service department employees were polite and knowledgeable but expressed more concern about liability to the company than repairing my scooter's flat tire. They relented and accepted the repair I needed and did a good job. I asked for assistance in loading my repaired scooter into a pickup truck, they quickly helped me out. The price was fair.
