Unfortunately I didn't get their names, but 2 gentlemen helped me out yesterday when I needed to get my tires fixed on my bike. One of them had a broken back and still chivalrously helped me get my bike inside! They were informative and kind and speedy! And everyone was super friendly to my sweet doggo when I came back to pick up my bike. I will definitely go back!

We like the patience the team shows regarding our questions, the knowledge of the products, and the easy going/no pressure environment. We're not "snap purchasers" so being able to take a few days without the "gotta buy it now or the price goes up" sort of pressure is nice.

Customer service is fantastic
David at the Prosper, TX location was AMAZING! He was extremely kind, engaged, funny and knowledgeable. David first approached me when I was debating on what electrolyte powder to buy. He walked me through how to better understand what nutrients are needed when sweating to avoid heat exhaustion (because I suffered heat exhaustion last summer) and how to understand what each product would be providing. I then asked if he had any hats and he helped me look through the store. Lastly, I told him how I’ve been thinking of getting myself a road bike and he went the extra mile in helping me understand what material frame to look for, what measurements to look for, wheels… and the list goes on! He even taught me a little about the local cycling community and what events are going on / safe routes to ride (because I brought up how I wouldn’t know where to ride other than 380… which to everyone that lives here… knows is unsafe lol). I will most likely come back this year to get situated on a bike and I hope David will be there to help me! I’m not sure if y’all earn commissions on bikes - if y’all do, I wanna make sure David gets the payment! Thank you David! Looking forward to riding together some time soon!
The products are excellent and the service much more, the desire to serve without the motive being to sell something sets them apart from others. In other words, they serve the customer with excellence even though they will not sell them something. This means that the customer does not feel pressured when visiting your stores.
