Will be back, service department employees were polite and knowledgeable but expressed more concern about liability to the company than repairing my scooter's flat tire. They relented and accepted the repair I needed and did a good job. I asked for assistance in loading my repaired scooter into a pickup truck, they quickly helped me out. The price was fair.

Great products, and a great staff. It took me a few trips in, but I finally found the best fit bike and I couldn't have done it without the help of Erin Popovich at the Richardson store, Brian and Tom at the Hollyhock store, and Celso Penilla at the Fort Worth store.
