Great products, and a great staff. It took me a few trips in, but I finally found the best fit bike and I couldn't have done it without the help of Erin Popovich at the Richardson store, Brian and Tom at the Hollyhock store, and Celso Penilla at the Fort Worth store. Now that I've discovered Bikemart I will be recommending it to anyone with biking needs.

I feel like the full service really is a full service, including catching things that I didn't. My bike always comes back in perfect condition, they even get the sticky North Texas mud out of places that I couldn't.

Victoria was amazing! I brought my 6 & 7 year old grand daughter in to purchase bicycles for each. Victoria had so many suggestions and made sure bikes, helmets, and gloves were all the perfect fit for them. She showed them all the bells and whistles they could add to their bikes like bells, tassels, baskets, and even tire lights! Of course, we bought all of it. They love their bicycles even though they are just learning to ride. So much fun ahead. Thank you Victoria!
