David, at your Hollyhock location saved Christmas! I went in looking for a pink 20 inch bike for my daughter just a few days before Christmas. Unfortunately, being so close to Christmas this location didn't have exactly what I was looking for. David took the time to listen and understand my daughters very specific requests. He got online and tracked one down in a location that was too far for me to go to given my time constraints. At this time, I had given up and walked out to keep searching. He ran out as I was getting in my truck to let me know he contacted the store where it was being delivered and was working out the logistics to get it delivered to his location, put it together, and get it ready for us to pick up. He went above and beyond to help me out when he could've easily just let me walk out and drive off. In the world we live in where we can shop online and get things delivered within a couple of days his customer service is what's going to keep me coming back.
