Aside from the products, the customer service was amazing. Brian was so thorough with explaining our options. He made sure we understood how to choose the correct bike size. He explained difference in frame size, style, brands, upgrades and all. We purchased 3 TREK Marlin 7 gen 3 in this visit so knowing we were taking the correct ones was crucial. Brian made sure to sell us the bike that was right for us not focusing on selling for the money.

Both times were were in store, to select and then to pickup the bike, were great experiences. Both sales associates were extremely kind with my 8 year old son while he chose his bike.
