I always feel like I am visiting friends when I stop by Bike Mart. They are a big organization but provide personal service like they are a small town shop! I have gotten fabulous service from David Woolcock. Bike Mart is, simply put, the best around!

Victoria at the Bike Mart on 380 is incredible. In all honesty I don’t know if I would have bought a bike if it wasn’t for her excellent customer service. I was on the fence about making a large purchase as I’d say I’m a casual rider at best but excited now to hit more trails. I went in to the store multiple times and did not make a purchase. Each time I stop by she was genuine and she give my family and I her undivided attention. She definitely goes above and beyond to answer any questions or concern and is very knowledgeable about the product. I’m really satisfied with my new bike and will continue shopping at Bike Mart do to the positive experience.
The employees make all the difference. The products are great, but the employees go the extra mile to make sure you know how to use the products and are so kind and wonderful! I will never use another place to buy a bike or bike accessories.
