Victoria is awesome!! The Ladies ride on Mondays is so much fun.
Staff was well informed of the parts and services. Knew exactly what I needed and had my bike fixed immediately following. Haven't had an issue since. Great customer service
Bikemart Prosper is top notch, knowledgeable, friendly, don’t rush you and have or can get anything you need. I really enjoy chatting with the guys in the service department, I always learn something!
Knowledgeable and Friendly!!
The service guys were so helpful! I would give them 20 stars! My autistic 7 year old son needed stabilizers on his bike; and I tried to put them on properly, but couldn’t. I took them here; and they were so helpful and quickly fixed the stabilizers on the bike for me within 2 hours! My little boy was so happy to have his new bike to ride with the weather still warm. I highly recommend this location!!!
Kindness. Direct. Serious. Fun. Straightforward.
My bike is beautiful again.
I've had both tires replaced and the brakes adjusted. The service team did a wonderful job. They're all friendly, competent and interested in ensuring the bike is in the best shape to ride.

Quality
I went in just to look at bikes. Began talking to the sales woman whose name I forgot and we connected over both being into triathlon. She found me a bike in the price range I was looking for, in stock, because I am taller and gave me other options that could be ordered if I didn’t like the bike I was shown. I also bought shoes and she put the cleats on them for me. She also mentioned the groups rides offered from the store throughout the week. I will definitely come back to the store and plan to make all my services and bike purchases through the store.
The staff was very helpful, quick and provided great service and explanations for the work completed.
