David Woolcock is the best product that you have in store.
David took my phone call and ended the process at the door 2 weeks later because I had to travel so far to the store and needed special orders for my son's tires. David made it possible to get in and get the repairs done on the same day and on a weekend before the holiday.
He also got his team to inform me of the brakes and the cost. Done is how he got it completed.

Good customer service & knowledgeable staff
Your service was exceptional. When I first brought my bike in for service the service tech explained what was going to be done. Then he also explained if there was anything else once they got a good look at the bike he would call with a prognosis. When I picked up my bike the tech on duty was extremely helpful and informative on the service completed. Always enjoy coming into the shop. Everyone is pleasant and helpful.

Quality products with plenty of availability. The person who helped me was extremely knowledgeable, genuinely helpful, listened and offered solutions.
Good products and knowledgeable sales/service folks . Seems a little pricey but then I'm older. Sons bike was 150, grandsons was 400, granddaughters was 638.
