Friendly knowledge staff. Took my bike in for a tune up. The tech told me what day the bike would be ready, and it was. The tech took the time to explain what they did.
I think the woman who helped name was Victoria , I couldn’t have hoped for a better experience. I was looking for a few days on what I wanted and to be honest I was at a loss. On a last minute whim I drove across town to Bike mart. Victoria was awesome she took her time answering all my questions and helping me try out a number of bikes. she was engaged the whole time and made me feel like she was trying to get me the best possible deal as well as fit me for the exact bike I would enjoy. Bikes aren’t cheap but I left feeling like I made the best purchase possible , money well spent. I even got home and looked on the website to purchase my wife a bike for Mother’s Day! , even though there is another shop closer to my house I’m taking my wife back to see Victoria.. I hope I remember her name correctly … Well done the experience gets a 10!
