Service was quick and efficient. I recently took my bike in for a tune up and a noise diagnostic.. The staff was friendly and attentive and willing to spend time talking to me about my concerns. They diagnosed the noise problem during the tune-up procedure and did not charge me the noise diagnostic fee. They recommended the basic tune-up and did not try to up sell me on anything I didn't need. I would definitely recommend Bike Mart for service and repair.

Bike Mart usually has the parts I need and if you don't have it in Frisco, you can have it delivered to a Frisco location
