Amazing experience getting back into mountain biking courtesy of the new Bike Mart. Hart was patient and showed me a lot of the new technologies and some comparable bikes other than what I had researched. Test rode a few styles/sizes and provided great feedback when I needed a pro’s opinion. When my bike was ready for pickup I shopped some accessories and multiple staff members were present and helpful. This is exactly the kind of experience one wants when choosing a shop to make future purchases and get service and advice when needed. The store is clean,welcoming, polite and a place where you can just wander around and feel comfortable doing it.
The staff was friendly and attentive, and made sure my new bike was setup right and dialed in!
Overall service from the moment you walk in the store you are greeted. The service is great. Regardless if you walk in with a $150 bicycle or $10,000 bicycle you are treated with repect and great service. Repair and Sales know their stuff and you dont feel presssure to buy anything.They have a huge inventory to choose from of different brands.

I have been wanting to get my bike tuned up for a while and waited for the Frisco location to finish being built so I could take it there. The guys working at the service were nice and knowledgeable about bikes and thoroughly went over everything that they thought needed to be done while showing you on the bike stand/holder. Got the bike back a day earlier and it's in perfect working order again, so, thank you for the good service and the fair pricing.

Entering a place 30 minutes before they close for the day in hopes to get service is always a hit or miss, but not at Bike Mart. I was able to get my tube changed on my tire at 6:30 at night and the service was pleasant and helpful. I forever grateful for good service.
