The customer service was phenomenal. I was trying to call after dropping off and the store was experiencing a minor phone issue. The employees in the service department could see I was calling and tried calling me back, even going so far as to send me an email. The bike we dropped off needed a major tune-up. This bike is the only means of transportation for it's owner and he relies on it to get to and from work. I relayed that to the service staff, and they had the work done the very same day.

I was looking through the bike tubes and an employee approached me to help and make recommendations. I also asked a question specific to my situation and he gave a great recommendation to solve the issue.
Bought my bike online and had it transferred between stores to make pick up easier. Every time I called the store associates were friendly and answered all of my questions. When it came time to pick up the bike it was waiting and had already been roughly adjusted to fit me. Again, the associates were friendly and very knowledgeable. We brought two other bikes in to get worked on and they were able to get them taken care of right then. Also, picked up some accessories from their large inventory.
