I said it before and will say it again about Bike Mart. Customer service is so important and Bike Mart is about customer service. Went to Bike Mart in Prosper/Frisco on Saturday as it was about time to but a new road bike. I know David W for some years from the other store and he took great care of me and my wife. David and Brian spent about 2 hours with us and were so patient. Yesterday I picked up my bike and David found and extra small Liv bike for my wife.
It is great to see Bike Mart expanding and doing all the right things.
All your employees are friendly and knowledgeable. A great staff.

David W is an amazing person and he passes his personality and expertise to his people. Your service guys are great are caring and friendly as well.

BEN ELTING!!! What an amazing person!!! It felt like visiting my old home town little bike shop and fixed my sons bike in five minutes. We had a few questions, and he answered them all with absolute expertise! This guy knows bikes!
He showed us some bike locks that we were looking for and a mirror my son had been wanting for a long time and it was perfect!
I was so impressed. I asked him about some bikes for myself, and instead of hitting me off the same sales person he questions perfectly, and pointed me to the the bike I’ll be getting in the future. I came home and researched the bike and it was absolutely every single thing he said the perfect bike for me.! Thank you Ben! He listened to me as to the type of biking I desired according, to my purpose for riding, and proceeded to “fit” a bike to Me!
I did “fittings” and sat on different styles and did practice rides in the back area outside.
I bought a Townie and I love it! 🚲

Went ro repair shop. Both Kyle and Ben got to me quickly, gave me an initial bid, and returned the bikes when they said they would. The final cost was actually less than the initial estimate. Well done
Great experience buying my son's first bike and buying various shoes and accessories for my bike. Alver is always fun to work with and the service dept (Kyle and Barry) have been very good, too.

Ben was very helpful in assisting me with a unique situation for a tricycle for a special-needs teen. I appreciate the help and focus.
I had my son's bike repaired at the service center. The staff member that looked at the bike was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue quickly. He was very friendly and professional. I can't recall his name but he had longer dark hair, moustache and glasses. Great service and repaired bike in short amount of time.
Very informative and helpful staff. I felt like they were interested in finding the right bike for me and they really took the time to show me many different options so that I could make an informed choice.
