No parts were ordered. I drove tor two and a half hours to get there.

They fixed one recall go back on the 10 of June for other two
I did get to the Amish market so all was well

Quick service

We worked with Chris & Frank in service & they both provided excellent customer service. We had a critical care issue on two consecutive days & they worked us in & fixed it the same days so that our travel plans were not delayed much further. Chris communicated really well & explained all the details to me. I talked to Frank on the phone when I made the initial appointment & worked with Chris while we were here.
I give them both 10 out of 10 stars & highly recommended working with them & hence General RV.

Polite and friendly customer service

This is a high volume dealership. Somehow, they still made me feel like I received all the attention that I needed. I purchased several RV’s and this transaction was the smoothest so far. Jason was very helpful walking me through the RV. Octaria could not be more pleasant or welcoming. Shawn took the time to prepare me for towing with some very helpful advice.

The willingness to help me find a camper for my needs, and within my budget. The only complain would be the appointment to pick up, that appointment should go smoothly, come sign finance paperwork and pick up camper, on your way to camping.Not be the walk through to find issues/fix issues, that should be a separate appointment

They were ready for me at the appointed day and time and the repair was done in just a few days. The technician (Zach) that worked on my trailer was very knowledgeable about my problem and was willing to walk me through the repair so I fully understood what he had done.
